For those looking to be treated with respect and more importantly wish to purchase a sound safe auto. I strongly suggest you look at the amount of displeasured customers who have had Terrible experiences with Cos Auto. We have been trying to have Cos Auto (Chris) to correct their errors.. We purchased a Ford Explorer from them. Out the door we forked over $14.000. When we test drove the vehicle the navigation system was working. We actually paid a garage to inspect this vehicle. The following day we payed the full cost for said vehicle in cash. The vehicle sat a few days and when it was driven the system was inoperable.. We brought it back in and was brushed to the side. Told "You paid for it. We are responsible. We topk it to a Ford dealer who indicated the navigation sd card was the wrong one and your system needs to be resynced. Total cost Hundreds! Two calls to Chris at Cos Auto and a visit on their lot only resulted in their insults and the realization we have been screwed. The woman who utilizes this vehicle has two disabled children. This vehicle is a necessary requirement and Cos knows this. If anyone were to check with the BBB, Chamber of Commerce, motor vehicle of on various web sites you will learn a great deal of Cos's poor practices. We have spoken to a law firm who a family member is a full partner and we will file an action. I Strongly suggest you be careful in where you go to purchase a car.

Don't buy here!! Sold me a car within two days I needed tires I was stuck on the road with a flat. Then had a faulty gas tank and they said they would replace it I waited for the phone call that the part was in and never received it. My car actually leaks gas as I pump.

They never contacted me thats why I am givong them this rating, what's the point of advertising if you're not gonna reply to customers?

Purchased a car from Cos not even weeks later I experienced major problems. They didn’t want anything to do with it and refused any kind of help. Took a 7k loss on the car, it was beyond repair. Do not buy from these guys.

These guys have been in business forever, and they are one of the few garages in the area that is certified to do state emissions testing. It looks like a bunch of the other dealers in the area bring their cars there for service too. So why not just cut out the middleman? All their cars look great, and I would totally buy from them!

I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape. The car was in great shape and was true to it's description. Staff was friendly and all paperwork was done quickly.
