I got my oil change and the filters changed for 445$.
I got my oil change and the filters changed for 445$. Also I was suggested to dofront brake pads chg and brake fluid chg fir 775$,which I declined. I got my car checked with a local auto repairer and was quoted 180$ ,for the same job,and also i was said i can wait for the job to be done for another 10k miles.Seems like this guys r ripping the customers and r charging like crazy. Get a quote from ur local auto shop,before visiting this guys and make sure u r not ripped of ur hard earned money.

Great emergency road trip repair
When the check engine light came on 3 hours into a road trip outside of Ukiah, my heart sank. I am wary of car dealerships, but had seen Thurston Honda 5 miles back, so headed (slowly) there. This was a Friday afternoon, my car is 10 years old, and so my expectations were low. Amazing! Back on the road by 5:00! Kudos to Chris Bagnall my service consultant, and all the very professional staff!

Great Experience
I just purchase a Honda CR-V at Thurston Honda. I did my homework and research and wanted to give my business to a local dealership first before I went outward trying to get the best for my hard earned buck. I met with the sales associate Brett who listened to me every step of the way which is hard to find when dealing with sales people. I walked into the dealership and he greeted me and I asked him if I could look around without him following me and he said sure just let me know if you have any questions. When I was finished looking he asked me if I had any questions and I said no but I would be back the next day with my wife. The next day my wife and I came in and he let us test drive the car and answered any questions we had. We told him we were still doing our research and would be in touch I gave him my contact info and we left. He never once pressured or made us feel uncomfortable. A couple of weeks passed and I was ready to start talking business/brass tax. I knew what I wanted knew what I could afford and explained to Brett I was a legacy buyer from Thurston and expected to be taken care of. I told him what I wanted and he made it happened. I am very conscious with my money and always looking for the best deal and feel like Brett made it happened for me. This was the easiest car purchasing (have made 4 auto purchases before this would be my 5) experience I have ever had

Great customer service and very honest
I was working with John R. On a used Honda Element. He went beyond execlent customer service, sent detailed photos and videos of the car, answered all 30 phone calls and multi texts. The car was delivered via trailer from there dealer in ukiah California to my office in Eugene Oregon . When Iooked over the car it was as we discussed. I will say this is the first time I have bought from Thurston auto plaza, and will buy other future cars from them. Outstanding service -- kind and helpful staff
We live in Indianapolis and our 23-year-old son died suddenly while living in California. He was driving our 2000 Honda Odyssey while living out there. When my wife and I traveled to California to attend his memorial service and gather his belongings, we decided to take the van to the nearest Honda dealership to see if they could get it in shape for the 2,400 trip back to Indy. Tim, the service advisor at Thurston Honda, and his staff were so incredibly helpful. They were kind and understanding of our circumstances. They didn't try and charge us for needless repairs or service -- they simply got the van ready for the long trip across country. We left Thurston mid-day on a Wednesday and pulled into our driveway in Indy at 9 p.m. the following Friday. I will never forget the folks at the Thurston Honda service department for their kindness and their professionalism.
