This dealership never responded to my e-mail. Can’t really give a good rating when I had NO interaction with them. Poor customer service!!

After having several bad experiences visiting random used car lots across Atlanta in search of a used Toyota, we were so relieved to find Chris at Hilson Luxury Motors! We instantly felt comfortable that we were interacting with a trustworthy business that had our interest in mind. Chris' care of detail regarding the cars he is selling is beyond any others we experienced (even dealers). He knew the history and condition of every car he was selling and was able to answer all of our questions to help us find the best car for us. I highly recommend doing business with Hilson!

This was hands down the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We purchased our 2012 Toyota Sequoia from out of state. The first time we saw it in person was when it was delivered right to our front door. I’m very picky when it comes to my cars and it was in excellent condition, even better than I thought it was going to be. When we showed it to some of our friends they thought we bought a new car. I spoke with Chris throughout the transaction and he was professional, responsive, and not pushy! This is not your stereotypical car dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. The next time we are in the market for a pre-owned Toyota or Lexus this will be my first call.

Drove to Atlanta to test drive a few vehicles. Spoke with Chris and drove by to see the vehicle I was interested in. He couldn?t do a trade on my vehicle so I left to look at other competitors I planned to visit that day. The competitors vehicles where not as clean so I called Chris back up to test drive. I advised him I didn?t need to trade and could still purchase but wanted to test drive. Unfortunately Chris didn?t feel like moving his vehicles unless I wanted to buy. (Please note this wasn?t the end of the day) this companies vehicles are stored in a storage not a lot. I was seriously considering buying until I got that ultimatum. It showed a lack of customer service and laziness. Truck was clean almost too clean would of definitely of took it to an independent mechanic but I doubt he would be open to this as he would have to move his cars again.

Chris was great. Very professional!! Even after hrs would answer any questions I had. Gave me a fair deal on a Chevy Tahoe that was in great shape and even set up the out of state delivery for me. If you need a vehicle of any kind Hilson can make you happy. Highly recommend!!

I've purchased cars online before and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Chris was great to work with and a true professional. 10/10 on all accounts. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Chris again.

After waiting 30 years, after the kids were grown and on their own, i started looking for my "Camaro". I went to so many dealers looking and test driving, but did not find the right fit until i came across Hilson Luxury Motors who had the Camaro i wanted! I never bought a car site unseen before but Chris made the whole experience from the start to finish amazing!!! The car arrived in perfect condition and was more than i could ever imagine. I hate the overall car buying experience. That being said, I really enjoyed working with Chris and Ryan at Hilson. They made this, believe it or not, a very enjoyable experience. They care about their customers, potential or established, and share stories about how each vehicle was acquired. The minor details can make a difference. Hands down, I would recommend making a purchase at Hilson. I will definitely return when I need another vehicle.

I found the vehicle I was looking for at Hilson Motors online. I reached out to Chris and he responded very promptly. The truck exceeded Chris's description. The entire process was very easy working with HLM. If I am ever in the market for a quality used car,truck or SUV, HLM will be my first stop. I have told all my friends about them. Recently bought a F150 from Chris at Hilson Luxury Motors and can't say enough what a great experience it was. Now I'm a guy that will go out of his way to buy from a local dealership, but I was having trouble finding the specific truck I was looking for. Checked online, found what I was looking for at Hilson, and although I was a bit hesitant initially about driving 2 hours to buy a truck, Chris put my mind at ease and told me I wouldn't be sorry once I saw the truck. And he was spot on. The truck not only met my expectations, it greatly exceeded them. It was in extremely great shape. And in the fast-pace world we now live in, the atmosphere at Hilson couldn't be more opposite. There is a very casual, laid-back atmosphere there that you will easily feel comfortable in immediately. Thought the indoor warehouse was great too. Again, just a great buying experience and I can't stop grinning like an idiot every time I drive my truck!
