As a female who does all of the legwork to find, price and get ready to buy a car before the husband even gets involved, normally I would rather have a root canal. After being referred to Chevy of Naperville by a good friend, I walked into the dealer very hesitant as always. I was greet by one of the managers, Rob Lee, whom I had been working with via email. He was very friendly and forthcoming and had their salesperson Emily take me for a test drive (On their test track - VERY cool) in the car I was looking at. Rob had to track down the exact vehicle I wanted, which was no small task. He found the car within a few days, got the car brought into the dealership and had everything ready to do when my husband arrived to do the paperwork. This was seriously the best car buying experience we have ever had, and would not hesitate for a second to recommend them! We will be repeat customers for sure!

I am a 63 year old widow who isn't comfortable buying a car on my own. I was wanting a new Equinox AWD. Coincidentally, Emily Smith called just as I was about to come in to the dealer. I had been doing some searching online, so she called to follow up. I told her which cars I was interested in and by the time I got there the car was out front waiting. I felt comfortable right away while speaking with Emily . She was very professional but also kind. I did buy the car and I would recommend this dealer, Emily and Wayne to anyone interested in a Chevy.
