Just purchased a new Buick Envision from Community Buick. Great experience from beginning to end. They offered me a fair price and trade-in offer without any pressure. I had a hard time deciding but Austyn was very patient with me and helped me figure it out. He even came in on his day off to fit my husband's schedule. We discovered a small defect in the paint after the sale but they took care of it. Gave me a loaner (a nice one!) while mine was at the body shop. The dealership went above and beyond to meet our needs and earn our business. We are very happy to have found this Buick dealership and plan to return for future purchases.

I drove from out of town to look at a vehicle after
I drove from out of town to look at a vehicle after seeing it online. McKenna helped me provide any relevant trade-in information ahead of time so the process of purchasing the vehicle would be streamlined if I decided to buy it. After meeting McKenna and taking a test drive, I knew this was the right vehicle for me. Since much of the paperwork had been prepared ahead of time, the purchasing process went very smoothly and quickly. I was very comfortable with McKenna and also with Jan, in the finance department. Overall, it was a stress free experience.

First off, I had dropped my husband off at work at 6:45
First off, I had dropped my husband off at work at 6:45 in the morning and my appointment was at 8:30 AM. So I went over to Walmart and sat in the car and worked on some paperwork and in the meanwhile, my mother had called me she and I can both talk! When I got off the phone with her, I looked down at the time and it was 8:47 AM. I completely freaked out and called the service department and an incredibly nice man name Sam answered. I told him what happened and he said no problem come right over. I was less than five minutes away. And they answered a lot of questions that I had as far as oil, the computer system on the car, telling you what percentage of oil or percentage you have left before you get an oil change? He and another guy which I can’t remember his name but he’s always there, I’ve never seen Sam before, but they were so incredibly patient with me as I have severe anxiety, and it causes me too talk fast sometimes I have to ask the same question but in a different way because what I’m saying or asking does not come across clearly. So I would love to give a shout out to Sam, the other guy(I am so sorry that I cannot remember his name), the new gal, working at the cashier office, the gal who might be your first contact when you walked into the dealership and Ashley for selling us our Buick Verano. We have had little to no problems with it. He also assisted me while I was waiting on my oil change around the lot searching for SUVs II may be interested in the future. Everyone there that I dealt with that day were extremely sweet, kind, knowledgeable, and my oil change was done under 30 minutes. They also gave me an invoice with parts and labor estimates as we will soon be needing to change our brakes and replace the cabin filter. To the new cashier gal thank you for holding onto my stuff and for the conversation. To the gal working at the front of the dealership. Thank you for holding my purse since I meant to leave it with the cashier along with my other belongings, 🙄 so I could go browse the lot. AAA+ rating from me and whenever anyone is looking for a vehicle I do recommend your dealership. Thank you all so much!
