Hennessy Porsche

Have bought multiple cars from Hennessy. Truly a personal and professional experience. I have been a Porsche aficionado since the 1980s. Realizing the experience of purchasing a new 911 off the lot as well as custom ordering subsequent ones has been exceptional. From the owners to the individual salesman I have been treated with respect and courtesy further enhancing the experience of purchasing and owning a Porsche. To quote Risky Business “there is no substitute!”.

Wonderful experience starting with my initial inquiry all the way through delivery. Andy responded within 30 minutes of my initial inquiry and then Juan took over once I had my allocation lined up and he did a great job of guiding me through the ordering process. On delivery day Juan had everything lined up and John get me though the paperwork quickly. All in all I could not be happier and look forward to the next time!

The Good: Scott Hamilton. At every juncture of purchasing this vehicle, Scott was there. Scott personally made my dream of owning a beautiful Taycan GTS a reality. Scott is simply World Class! The Bad: I was an out-of-state purchaser, so not physically being at the dealership sometimes left me in the dark about what was happening throughout the process, especially the finance part. This, again, is where Scott saved the day. The Ugly: Hennessy has a policy if you are bringing money from an outside bank that has a lien tied to it. They require a letter from your bank stating that "Hennessy Porsche is not responsible for collecting sales tax/registration." Your bank may not be willing to do this, so I cannot recommend that an out-of-state buyer who wants to use an outside bank buy a car from Hennessy.

Everything you would expect from a Porsche dealer and more. Garland Helton, my sales person was exceptional in understanding my needs and configuring a Cayenne to meet them. Garland’s communication throughout the order and delivery process exceeded my expectations. Delivery at Hennessy was top notch and efficient. Having a ball figuring out all the quicks and features of the infotainment system. This is my first Porsche and already thinking about buying my next from Hennessy.
