It was a pleasure---
I view buying a car as only a bit less painful than a root canal. But, my experience at Gagel's was so painless I would return. Gagel's forgos the standard car buying process which usually includes an 8 hour hostage routine followed by a bit of waterboarding. They allowed me to try out vehicles at will and questions about precious use and any previous "injuries" to the vehicles were met with frank discussions including photos of the damage that had been repaired. What a concept... Since I had narrowed down my choices before arriving the entire process took under an hour. Each car I tested was similar in that the mileage was low and condition top notch. I left with a low ileage car that, inside and out, looks like it just came off the factory floor. The price was quite reasonable. There was no junk. How refreshing. If other car dealers took the lead from Gagel's and resorted to honest, low pressure sales, perhaps the reputation of the used car industry would climb out of the gutter.... I never thought I would say this to a car dealer---But it was a Pleasure doing business with you. I'll be back.
