This was a very easy process as I tried to buy my vehicle
This was a very easy process as I tried to buy my vehicle through 6 other dealers and Thompsons came out on top. There was one pretty big glitch during the final financial part that definitely gave me pause. The out the door price was more than agreed to based on the salesman not divulging a cost that didn?t apply with the interest rate I wanted. Big shock, but in the end after I thought it through, it was still the best deal for the vehicle I wanted.

Not a great experience at Thompsons.
Not a great experience at Thompsons. 11/16 I was coming from 90 minutes away. I told Chris I would be there between 1 and 2 p.m., and he said they had everything they needed from me. Arriving at 1:30, Chris seemed confused and surprised and then went on to say how they were short-handed. Cut to 3 hours later, they are finally ready to sign the paperwork—typical finance guy hard sales pitch about upselling warranties. Noting multiple scratches in the hood and tail lights before leaving, they say they will call to address them. 11/18 After a runaround, they say they will order the lights and call back to schedule picking up my truck. 12/5 I have to call back. The parts department tells me that they have it, but the service department has amnesia. 12/16 I call again because I am getting emails for my service appointment. Once again, the service department has zero clue what my request is or whether any parts have been ordered. They have all been trained to say they will look into it and then do nothing and hope you go away. BY FAR THE BIGGEST JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP.

Repairs on Sierra 2500
Took in my truck for a water leak coming in from the rain, and even though I suggested it was not leaking from where they thought it was which was the antenna, they found it to be leaking from antenna. I got a quoted for over $900 for repairs, I didn?t pay for the repairs only for a diagnostic, I brought it home and took off the antenna and silicone under it ran the water hose and had no water leaking from the antenna. the next rain we had turns out to be i have a puddle of water in the same area front passenger side. And of course I bought the warranty that they claim it covers bumper-to-bumper but it turns out it?s not bumper-to-bumper because it excludes pretty much everything. Second time in there for SERVICE and left pretty upset, they?re so busy they forget to do the stuff I paid to get done.

Every time I bring my truck in to Thompson?s after I bought a $5000 warranty they don?t cover it and then charge it $330 to look at your truck for an hour
