Very Professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
Very Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Very major repair since I've had my car since 2013. I do thank Maita Toyota for all the years, and this being the biggest repair, for your service.

Staff were very friendly and I was informed of progress
Staff were very friendly and I was informed of progress on repairing my vehicle. The free coffee bar was very welcome.

Overall, good experience when I arrived their computer system that the lady is trying to log into wasn’t working so that delayed a little bit

The saleperson I worked with was awesome!
The saleperson I worked with was awesome! Darian really took care of me and got me exactly what I was looking for. I didn't feel any hassle or feel like they were trying to upsell me anything. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone I know that is looking to buy a car! When doing the final paperwork, that person was very pushy in trying to get me to add a warranty. No means no. The experience with this person knocked this down from 5 stars to 3 stars.

The wait for the tire rotation was too long - one hour
The wait for the tire rotation was too long - one hour forty-five minutes. I don’t receive the discount coupons via mail or email prior to the maintenance.

Unprofessional staff.
Unprofessional staff. First they were trying to charge us a deductible ( which we told they we didn’t have one for that particular service). I have a 13year old daughter( was at school), 3 year old daughter and a 2 year old, they were playing in the boat structure they have for kids that come in, we were there for hours, after which they starting playing with other children that were there. They will scream out of excitement which I kept asking them not to yell. The secretary yelled from across the room to “stop yelling, it’s a business”. It caught me off guard and didn’t say a word to her. The kids keep quiet, playing and yelled again. She came up to all the children and yelled at them to stop screaming. I looked at her and asked not to speak to my children unless yell at them. No other employee approached to help, I asked the gentleman helping us to remind her she is an employee and not to be yelling at no stranger kids. No other customer seemed bother for the few times the kids yelled, the building was loud from being busy. The secretary was louder and creating a ruckus with her yelling.
