To begin, I must express my dissatisfaction with a recent

To begin, I must express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience with Future Ford of Sacramento, prompting me to report this despite my previous reluctance to do so. In 2021, I purchased a vehicle from Future Ford of Sacramento. Approximately a year later, I was informed that my car had been involved in a severe accident prior to my purchase. I promptly contacted a lawyer to explore legal avenues for compensation. My primary concern was that the dealership had downplayed and concealed the accident, resulting in a significant depreciation of my vehicle’s value. I demanded compensation for this loss, and Future Ford settled for $3,000 on March 9, 2023 (see proof of settlement email). I was satisfied with this settlement and refrained from posting or leaving a review, as I deemed it unnecessary and excessive. Since the settlement date, I have received an overwhelming number of phone calls, texts, and emails from Future Ford. Despite unsubscribing from their text and email communications, I have continued to receive unsolicited messages. In response, I have directly contacted Future Ford and requested to be removed from their mailing list, citing their apparent disregard for legal obligations. Specifically, I am referring to the CAN-SPAM Act, which mandates businesses to honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days and impose penalties for failing to comply. This applies even to California residents, as the CAN-SPAM Act is a nationwide law. I have attached documentation of several of my email requests, which I have made multiple times after unsubscribing. Recently, I have received a series of mailers from Future Ford. I received one in late December 2024 and promptly contacted them to cease all further contact. Despite my request to be removed from their contact lists, I have since received another mailer thanking me for responding to the initial mailer. Attached you will find the original mailer from December, the one received this week as well as my proof of a phone call after receiving the first mailer. The communication within this company appears to be severely lacking, leading to my being misinterpreted as a receptive individual. Which to clarify, if not already extremely apparent, I am not. I am perplexed by the disconnect between my actions and the company’s response. Their behavior is clearly unethical, and I am uncertain whether it constitutes negligence, sheer stupidity, or a deliberate attempt to harass me. Regardless of the underlying reason, each subsequent email in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act is subject to penalties of up to $51,744. They have been reported and proof has been sent. I urge Future Ford to rectify this situation promptly. Their continued disregard for my wishes and the CAN-SPAM Act is unacceptable. This is from my google review, please head over there to see the above referenced attachments.

Unfortunately, my recent experience has not been good at

Unfortunately, my recent experience has not been good at all. Big time lack of response to resolve the issue. I have purchased at least 9-10 commercial vans from Future Ford of Sacramento in the last 7 years, from Kathy, who is awesome by the way. But I had an issue with one of the vans I purchased with a warranty, & now a warranty issue has devolved. The transmission needs to be replaced. I took it to a Ford dealer in WA and they confirmed it was a warranty issue. I contacted a representative of the dealership on 12/4/2024, and advised them of the issue. They put the vehicle is personal instead of commercial on the warranty. The dealership here said easy fix, they just change it to commercial like it should have been, & it would only take about 24 hours in the system and then they could fix my van under the warranty. I’m very close to the warranty expiring, & it is 12/23/2024 615PM, & still they have not resolved the issue at all. I have been repeatedly told they were resolving the issue, & there would not be a problem getting this done quickly. 3 weeks later, NOTHING!!! I am losing money ever day the van in in the shop. They made there money the day I bought them, as I paid CASH on the Spot. Hundreds of thousands of dollars later, & they are going to play slow ball to resolve the issue. I left a message with Brandy who is high up, no call back. The GM GSM & Brandi, as well as I can’t remember the guys name, I spoke to directly, after Kathy gave him the phone assured me that he would fix this today 12/23/2024 when he came in. They do not care about their customers at all, once the deal is done, goodbye. They made there profit. No customer service after this. I would suggest thinking about where you buy a vehicle from, let alone fleet purchases. Thank you, Kathy, for trying to help, no one else there cares for the customer. Thank you, Shawn Update, they responded to the review and said i should try to contact them directly. What do you think I have been doing for over 3 weeks now. Read the rest of my review, I already stated who i have spoken with. They have not tried to resolve anything!!!

I will never buy another Ford product and definitely not

I will never buy another Ford product and definitely not from this dealership ever again. I bought a 2023 Bronco Sport in November 2023. It has already been in service once for an electrical system issue that caused the vehicle to shutdown completely while driving in traffic. That issue was resolved, and they provided me a rental vehicle while it was being serviced. Now, not even one month after that, the vehicle is having other electrical based issues. I took it into the service department, and because they could not reproduce the issues in a 5-10 minute test drive, they refuse to provide me with a vehicle while they keep it for diagnosis. Apparently if they cannot reproduce the problem, no alternate transportation is provided. This was despite the fact that I had photo evidence of one of the problems. This vehicle is 4 MONTHS OLD! They should be bending over backward to make this right. I work in the Bay and cannot afford to be without a vehicle, so now I have to chance driving this vehicle despite the safety concerns because they will not provide me alternative transportation. A 4 month old vehicle should not be having any problems. I will never buy from this dealer again, and definitely will not buy another Ford. Car has not been in service numerous times, and dealership refuses to acknowledge the issues the car is experiencing. I drove the car with the shop foreman, the issues occurred while in the car with him, and yet he said he did not see any issues. My car has a lad in acceleration, already experienced a full electrical failure, and is a safety hazard to drive. Infotainment system also will not recognize my phone half the time, and the supposed "fixed" this issue. Get int he car and plug my phone in, and the car recognizes then drop it again. They blamed the issues my cord. I have used 3 different cords, made by both Apple and other companies, and the same thing keeps happening. The dealership is dishonest and just try and delay doing anything about the issues with a car to push it out past the expiration of the warranty. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I will start off by saying this is my 3rd time purchasing

I will start off by saying this is my 3rd time purchasing from this dealer and I have never experienced such bad service. I bought a truck on 11/24/23 and was made all kinds of promises by the sales associate Austin. 1. For a gas card since the car was given to us with barely any gas. Never received that. 2. He said he would get us a key for the camper shell that was missing. Why would we buy a car with a missing key??! Its now been 2 weeks later and not only did Austin not hold up his end of the deal, the service manager Sterling on multiple occasions did not call me back to resolve the issue. He informed me that I can call him since he has 8 sales associates to look after. Like that is my problem??? He Also did not resolve the issue with his sales associate Austin making false promises to clients just to get a sale. Sterling informed me that no key would be given because they had no profit from the sale left to pay for it. Such grimey people! Will never be back here, not that they care. And certainly don't recommend anyone shop for a car here. They will tell you what ever it takes to get the sale. When asking to speak with someone higher up they will transfer you to a random voicemail. Its not unreasonable to ask for them to simply hold up their end of the deal. Once you sign, your chopped liver. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

*DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO* On

*DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO* On 8/29/2023 I was looking at cars on the Future Ford of Sacramento, they had a 2007 Toyota Camry for sale under $10K. Luis, advised me that they finance cars $10k & under. Luis indicated that the car was available, but on a sister lot, but would be accessible (bait and switch, with false advertising). I advised Luis that I had to stay under $10K. He says, and I quote, "I have the perfect car for you". Tony Lee guides me out to 2017 Nissan Altima sales price listed at $13,977. I was taken aback, because it wasn't the Toyota (clear Bait & Switch tactic). I take the 2017 Nissan Altima for a test drive, but with no intention of buying the car. Tony gets a phone call from another salesperson asking him where he was and if I was planning on buying the car, Tony answered Yes for me, says "It's a first come, first sale". That he wasn't waiting around for the other salespersons clients to show up. I'm ushered back inside where Tony & Luis both tag-team collecting personal information and aggressively moved forward with the sale without my explicit consent or allowing me time to process. I was never given the opportunity to negotiate the price down. I was ushered in to see Dustin, finance manager, who directed me to decline the contract cancellation option agreement because "it wasn't worth it". He pressured me to buy a full warranty package, playing on the fact that parts are expensive. The 2017 Nissan Altima had 97K miles on it and again playing on my fears of having to be out of another car, if something were to happen. (My prior car was recently totaled). Dustin ran through documents without me fully comprehending what was happening due to my learning disability. I asked questions about the warranty, he only explained that it would cost me a few more dollars to my payment. He did NOT indicate it would cost me $4K. I was coerced to buy this vehicle using sales manipulation and pressure tactics on 8/29/2023. The sales and finance teams oversold and intentionally misled me. I returned the car on 8/30/2023 and emailed & sent a certified demand letters to Mgmt. and Finance Director. They made no attempt to contact me until 9/7/2023, 2 days after my down payment was to deposit. I stopped payment on the check due to the risk of it bouncing since I did not have the funds from my insurance settlement. Future Ford of Sacramento continued to run my credit after I surrendered the vehicle, racking up 26 +inquires on my credit report. My brother and I met with the finance director Brandy on 9/8/23 and while they had ability to cancel the contract, they're refusing to do so! She offered two options: #1 Revise the original agreement with the Nissan, remove the warranty, lower the APR; #2 put me in a different VIN # under the same loan, in a vehicle that is within my budget. #3 would be them suing me for breach of contract. We chose #2 and provided the parameters to find a car. Mind you the entire time I still had not been approved by financing. Two days after meeting with Brandy, I received a cancellation of sales contract due to lack of financing of an approved lender. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they are liars and take advantage of you!!! I had my own financing, and they wouldn't approve the loan, because it was $2900 above the KBB market rate.

Dealer response

We apologize your experience wasn’t a pleasant one. More than a third of our business is repeat and referral. You were in fact approved and financing was secure. We opted to take you out of the vehicles as a gesture of good will. Again our apologies your experience here was not a positive one.

Consumer response

Lies, all lies, 26 banks declined financing and those that did, didn’t approve it for the actual amount. Requiring me to put more money down or more of an opportunity for Future Ford of Sacramento to screw me in an already overvalued contract. I know for a fact, that you screw over people.

Excellent buying experience

I purchased my last two new Ford Focus from Justin McClellan. The process was made so simple and comfortable I would do it all over again.
