Purchasing my car from Tony Honda was wonderful! Maria was amazing! She is so knowledgeable and knew exactly which car would be perfect for me. She is so sweet, kind, and caring so I felt relaxed, stress-free, and excited through the entire process. I originally had an appointment at Honda Windward for 7am...

I originally had an appointment at Honda Windward for 7am today. When I wen to check in I was told they could not find my appointment for today 10/11/2021. Eventually they found it and said it was for 11am. I know I got a confirmation of the date and time. In stead of rectifying the issue they sent me away, I drove all the way from Mō’ili’ili to Kaneohe for my first oil change. I left fuming, when I got home I tried calling Tony Honda and they were able to squeeze me in right away. From start to finish this was overall a much better experience than Honda Windward. ITony Honda will be getting my service from today forward.

Jayce is the type of employee who made me feel he can go...

Jayce is the type of employee who made me feel he can go the extra mile to help a customer. He’s courteous, patient and accommodating - traits that make an elderly feel comfortable. Being a new customer, I walked in past office hours but I caught him at the service desk. He accommodated me without hesitation He explained clearly what services I can avail of as a customer who brought in a new vehicle from the mainland. I trusted his suggestions about getting a level of service commensurate to the mileage of my car which I failed to follow because I took a road trip in the mainland breaking it in. He would be one big reason for me to patronize Honda Service in the future.

I called the dealership last week to inquire about a...

I called the dealership last week to inquire about a certain car, i was transferred to Kris who immediate checked out their inventory and sent me a text from his number. All through out the week we were in contact until i was able to come check it out. All around very friendly staff compared to other dealerships i’ve gone too. I came by to test drive the car, and we immediately starting working numbers and he kept me updated through the whole process, because i had to leave for work. Last minute, my mom had to start shopping for a new car too so i sent her to Kris in hopes he could help both of us out. He did just that, today (9/23/21) we both walked out with new cars (pre owned for myself) and he got himself 2 sales! Couldnt have found a friendlier and down to earth guy to help us both out. 15/10
