Always as an early arrival I drop my car off with Kawika knowing it will be in great hands. Prior to leaving, sometimes on their courtesy Shuttle Service, I let him know the service(s) my car needs and he make sure they are relayed to the mechanics. The mechanics do a fantastic job completing the usual service or mechanical problem I request to be fixed. Kawika also will give me a call updating me on the status of my car and another call when it is completed. Thank you for your continued and consistent quality service!!!

For Lease Customer Service they are terrible! I can't image anything worse. Nobody is knowledgable on leases, I turned in my lease using the SCRA 2 months ago, yet still being charged because the dealership has failed to "ground the vehicle" they can't even get it right with GM Financial home office calling. They won't call us back to provide updates, and fail to just do the basic things to assist the process. Again 2 months they have failed to just do their part! We've spoken to managers, finance everyone and yet they all seem utterly clueless. This is the nightmare that won't end. If looking to lease, go elsewhere! Anywhere else!

I've come in a couple times to get oil changes, tire rotation, filter changes etc. There's really nothing special that I've experienced that would keep me coming to the location after the service isn't free. Any time I've had a question about my car or other companies that have products on my car they can't help with my questions. I.E. Resist-All or Sirius Radio. I bought my car from there off the lot, and even though it seems Cutter cares about how it's customer service is viewed, it doesn't seem like the people in the service department care about anything other than doing the requested job. They ask if I have questions or concerns, and when I respond I'm deferred to a different company or department. They did the job and that's why I gave 3 stars, but if I don't benefit in any other way from the place I bought my car I'll find some place else to go that's closer to where I live when I have to start paying. I can absolutely find the questions to my answers on my own, but it would be more convenient if the car dealership that sold me the car did more than just that.
