I would highly recommend this business. I was impressed from the minute i made the appointment ( professionalism and honesty). It has only gotten better from there. They have been able to resolve an issue that no one else could figure out!! I was taking my car to a domestic and foreign repairs, reputable company. The owner even encouraged me to pursue SIS - based on their reputation in the industry of European cars. HMM . I am so happy to have learned about Scandinavian Import Service Ctr. through VOOM on facebook. I want to thank you the staff and especially to TJ! Dropped car Sunday hoping for a quick turnaround, needed front tires and alignment. Had to call to get status update Monday late afternoon, was told they would schedule it for Tuesday. Called again Tuesday and was told they would get to it for sure on Wednesday. That's when I decided to take my car back. Whatever the reasons for the delay, they should have communicated with me on a timely manner. Seemed like lack of interest. Great facility and mechanics, not the same about their customer service advisors.

Came in today to check out a 2014 Volvo S60 T5 AWD. Frances was very helpful, caring, and showed me the cars features. She was very detailed, and answered all my questions. This was a great experience! What really made me feel good was that no pressure was put on me, and the car itself is a charm, in mint condition. Very nice facilities, and great dealer. Absolutely recommend it to anyone!! Thank you Frances for the great experience.

We have used Scandanavian Imports as our go to mechanic for the past 15 years. We have also purchased five cars from them for family members. Business owners Alan and Francis are top notch. They are honest, extremely knowledgeable about cars, provide excellent customer service and truly care not only about their customers but also their employees. It's the way a business should be run They are first class. Alan takes great pride in his building and business and it shows. The service area is so immaculate you could eat off the floor. Go to Scandanavian. You won't be disappointed.

I wanted to try a new shop so I gave Scandanavian a chance. I dropped my BMW off in the night drop. The place is well lite and safe. They called me the next morning and were very pleasant to deal with. When I picked my car up I took a tour of the spotless shop. I could eat off the floor. If they keep the shop like that I can just imagine how much detail they pay to my car when servicing it. I will be a customer for life.

Hello readers, I'd like to share my recent experience of buying a used Volvo from Scandinavian Import Service Center. I have been using Scandinavian Import Service Center for the past year or so to service the Volvo I used to own, and through this time I have come to find that the employees at this company are some of the best car people in the area. I was there recently to look at their stock of used vehicles, and was impressed by the unique selection and quality of each vehicle. I test drove some VOLVOs and a BMW, and ended up leaving a few days later with a 6 speed manual, VOLVO S60 T5. Frances in Sales made the purchasing process smooth and Alan told me everything I needed to know about the car, and more! I've been impressed with their work in the past and I am very pleased with the car I bought from them. I would highly recommend checking out Scandinavian Import Service Center if you are interested in VOLVO, BMW, MINI, or SAAB. Working with them was a great experience!

got a barely used XC60 which is super nice, they took care of the XC70 donation that I also purchased from them over a 100K miles ago. saw XC60s come and go quickly so I got one. the service there is highly professional, reasonable and personally focused on ones specific needs. it is a place where there in no tom foollery, just professional service. I have been going there for decades, starting just after their doors first opened and I recommend them to any one having a Volvo, Saab (may they rest in peace), or BMW although only my daughter and son in law have BMW experience. Selection is quite good and there is no pressure for work or sales. it is quite refreshing to deal with them.

Bought a 2012 Volvo S60. This is probably the 5th or 6th car my family has purchased here over the years. The presale preparation is great--everything is carefully examined and tested, and anything that is the slightest bit doubtful is services. Have been using them for service for about 35 years now--I feel I can walk in the door, tell them the symptoms, and give them the keys--not a problem. Discussed a couple of Volvos with Alan, and he carefully explained why the 2012 would be better for my wife than an earlier model. She is happy!

I had initially brought my car to the Mini Dealer. They didn't test drive my car and recommended service that later proved wouldn't fix my issue. These guys actually drove my car and listened to my concerns. They were able to see something (it needed a transmission flush) when the dealer wanted to replace the timing chain which would have cost a whole lot more. Thanks to Scandinavian, the car is happy again and so am I.
