2007 FX 35 Infiniti maintenance service

The service went well except we noticed that the maintenance alert to change the oil keeps coming up when ever we start the car. Apparently the technician that did the work, didn't reset the alert, so I had to do it myself at home.

My wife and I were fortunate that when our previous car was breaking down, we were driving by the Infiniti dealership and met a salesman who showed us a car that fit our needs and budget.

Came in for safety check renewal. Service performed as promised and recommended service completed as advised. Staff was excellent and accommodating, service was performed timely and cost was reasonable.

Service Appointment

Excellent experience. I recently purchased a new vehicle in which the process was straightforward and to the point. However following my purchase there was an additional item that needed to be installed. The service department ordered the item and quickly installed it. During installation there was noticeable damage to a tire. The service department made me aware and replaced the tire immediately. Could not have asked for better service from both sales and service departments.

You're going to loose customers

They're the only dealership so not like you can recommend someone else. The staff is good but to raise the price for an oil change by about $25 in one year is ridiculous.

Service

Rating would have been 5 but updates need to be timely and caring 3% fee when using charge card is unacceptable. I prefer to limit credit card information by text messaging and wanted to pay in person since I had to pick up the car.

Kailee did her best to make me feel comfortable, and at ease with the process. The other employees are very helpful and friendly. I'd advise anyone who's looking for a car to give them a shot at helping you to find what you want.
