My service adviser kept me informed throughout the process of what was needed to be done on my car. He was very apologetic because the bill was initially so high. He was very happy to let me know that the final price was not as high.

I was that terrible customer that showed up right at closing, and they didn't even bat an eye at me! They got me in, did my service check and fixed my tire! Even though I was the last customer of the day, they still treated me so genuine and like I wasn't a hassle!

I purchased a 2017 Prius Prime and it required ordering from the factory. Alan McDonald answered all my questions, took the order, and informed me that it would take 60-90 days (it actually took 63 days). That was a long time but I appreciate the honesty about how long it would take for this new model. I stopped in at the dealer to pick up a new Prius Prime brochure (not available when I ordered the car) about a month later and was helped by Connor Sunderland on a day that Alan was not there. Connor provided me with a printout on the car I purchased with the correct VIN number that I could take to my insurance company. Alan kept me informed and phoned me when the car was on a boat and offshore Astoria -- that allowed me to plan for delivery about a week later. When the car arrived, Alan phoned me 25 minutes the car was offloaded from the truck. He came in on his day off to complete the delivery process and changed the time to one that was more convenient for me. He explained all the extended service options without any pressure, handled all the paperwork (including finding several errors and having them corrected so that the paperwork was perfect), and made the whole process easy. He introduced me to the Service Department and helped me make the first appointment. Alan then took the time to show me the operation of the car including the process of pairing Bluetooth to my iPhone. He has offered to provide any further information I need after delivery. This was Alan's first Prius Prime sale but I felt that I was provided with all the information that I needed on that particular model. It was great to deal with such pleasant and informative staff through the whole process.

Parth was great. He found a perfect car for me the first 10 minutes I was there. He also made the buying process simple and painless. They also gave me a very reasonable price for my trade-in. Overall I was extremely satisfied. Great job Beaverton Toyota!

Beaverton Toyota is very accommodating. I never have to wait long, the people who help me are very respectable, and the waiting is pleasant as there is a coffee bar and comfortable seating.

Our family is new to US, so we don't have experience with other dealerships. We wanted to buy a Toyota car and the only thing remained was just to decide which one. Our choice was RAV4 but we couldn't decide to take hybrid one or not. Firstly, we searched for dealerships at Hillsboro and its surrounds. As Beaverton is bigger and isn't far away as Portland, we went to Beaverton Toyota dealership. We didn't have to wait for someone to serve us (also that's because we arranged an appointment). Our salesman Tim met us friendly and the whole time we were there he kept us busy with jokes and stories =) We had two test-drives with SE and XLE RAV4, for a one Tim was a driver, for another was me. He explained us all the benefits and technologies of hybrid model so we didn't want to see something else. Then we went through the paperwork. There were some complications but Tim didn't stop until we drove home in our new car! For us it was unbelivable to get the car in 5 hours. =). We appreciated Tim's time and his efforts to make this true. Thank you.
