They're prices are clearly posted, are generally good, and their focus on having one person who can take you thread the full process is excellent. Efficient professional service and comfortable quiet waiting room with coffee etc. whee I can read a book while waiting and the wait was only 1 hour.

He dealt with the crazy warranty company to always maximize what we got for our vehicle, we got to drive a brand new 2015 rav 4 for over 3 weeks while our car was being fixed.
