Best experience I've ever had buying a car(TRUCK), ever.

Appreciated the friendly and honest sales person (Wasif). Paperwork was done fairly quickly and most importantly, he was very knowledgable about the vehicle we wanted and helped us make my trade in fairly price. They're prices are clearly posted, are generally good, and their focus on having one person who can take you thread the full process is excellent. I'm highly recommend the dealership and the salesman! Vu & Mai and our children: D.J & Joanna! LOVE OUR TUNDRA 1794 EDITION!

Good service

My sales person Ahree was friendly and didnt put on too much pressure and didnt have to waste time negotiating. Would recommend talking to her if youre shopping

Perspective Changed

I hesitated having to purchase a vehicle based on previous experiences, but Jessica London was extremely personable and made it very easy to purchase our vehicle. I would recommend and return to this dealership.

Efficiency AND great customer service!

Joel Hunt made my service experience amazing! This is coming from a woman who has had notoriously bad experiences with dealerships and service departments! He made me feel valued and happy! Will come back just because of him! I also like the easy to understand the print out (with pretty colors, lol) so I know what's happening with my car.

I was out of there by the promised time. At the end of the day that is tough to do but they delivered! I also appreciate how Nick addressed my concerns and explained the process of that visit and future visits! I am very pleased with the Beaverton service center,

Oil change & Inspection

Efficient professional service and comfortable quiet waiting room with coffee etc. whee I can read a book while waiting and the wait was only 1 hour.

Great People

Even though I did not have an appointment, he assured me they could get my 5000 mile service on my new Avalon, with no problem. The service dept. always treats me well!

Andrew did over and beyond what was expected.

We bought our rav 4 about 2 years ago and were having some problems with it so we took it in for service since it was under warranty. Andrew went over and beyond to make sure that we were fully in the loop with everything that was going on. He dealt with the crazy warranty company to always maximize what we got for our vehicle, we got to drive a brand new 2015 rav 4 for over 3 weeks while our car was being fixed. I will always go to this dealer for any problem and any new car we decide to purchase. Thanks again to Andrew the best on the lot!!
