I have purchased from this dealer twice, and both times had the great experience in dealing with their qualified sales people, seasoned management, and very pleasant customer service. When I purchased the car, they told me to bring it back for free detailing within 6 months. I never found time to do it but wanted to have one done few weeks ago - that's 3 years after I purchased the car. They honored their offer even though it was way past due, and even dropped me off and picked me up while they detailed the car. Ask for Marlon or Robert - you will be treated very well.

My experience with Select Auto has been outstanding in every respect; sales, service and vehicle quality. I have purchased three certified pre-owned vehicles since 2006; two BMWs and one Mercedes Benz, the most recent purchase being April 2011. All vehicles were extremely "clean" and the highest quality. Everyone at Select, from the owner, to sales personnel to finance staff are very courteous, knowledgable and customer focused. They may sell hi end cars but their extended warranty they sell i.e. Millennium is garbage. I bought an Benz SL500 with a 70,000 extended warranty , a platinum coverage. At $4000, Supposedly this is the best you can as Select told me. Covers virtually everything, as their documentation claims. Upon having sensor issues w/ the car, I took the car to the dealership and they talked w/ the warranty company, no luck. Result, $1500.00 out of pocket expense. Plus the rental costs supposedly covered by Millennium weren't honored so i was left with a 2 day rental expense. Sorry, I would never buy cars here again. I have had over 10 warranty claims with Millennium, and only a handful have been covered. The platinum coverage is misleading, and whenever the warranty sales people go and discuss the problems w/ the car at the dealership, they butt heads and the claim goes uncovered, thus, the customer pays. Anyone looking to purchase hi end cars should really buy them at the dealer so the cars are Pre-Certified by the dealer with dealer warranty , period. No hassles with repair work..
