Great service and then surprised with a fee!
I was ready to give them a 5 star review for the quality of service I received from the staff in the service department. They were clear, honest, and direct. They kept me updated about what turned out to be a complicated diagnostic situation. In fact, my car needed a 100,000 mile service despite only having 50,000 miles driven. This was very disappointing to me and not what I expect from Honda. The service department inquired with Honda Corporate to see if this would be considered under the drive train warranty and got a no as the answer. I appreciated the inquiry and felt positively about the dealership. However, my overall satisfaction plummeted when I got a call saying that I owed money for the service department loaner car. I was without my vehicle for an extended period of time as the situation was diagnosed and we had to wait for parts. At no point had anyone mentioned paying anything for the loaner car. This feels like a bait and switch and I will not be referring any friends or family to this dealership as I have other options in town.

Service always great
I always have wonderful service. I have a Honda pilot and therefore take it to the Honda dealership for service. Jason helped me today and they did a phenomenal job. If there is a need for the car Jason was sure to check before doing to make sure that I was okay with it. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming Jason definitely made me feel comfortable and I appreciate that very much.

Oil change and fluids check
1st class service. Honest,straight forward job. Special thanks to.. Steve Tichey. Could not have been better service in any way ! (Work performed in less than 30) Minutes.
They took the time to answer all our questions, no hard sales tactics or pressure. Each person we worked with, from our Sales Rep to the Financial Rep and Financial Manager were respectful & professional. We there for 6+ hours (we wanted to make sure we discussed all options) and never once were made to feel like we were a bother, instead they did all they could to make us and our young children comfortable.
After hours drop off
This was my 1st experience with RT HONDA. I have a older odyssey van that needed a dime recall done I did a after hours drop off which is perfect got a oil change and recall done by 3pm next day Jamie advised on a few things and called to come get it. Btw just a beautiful HONDA DEALERSHIP, Thanks jamie
Bad experience with Ron Tonkin 122nd division
My overall experience with Ron Tonkin while shopping for this car was average. The manager at division street Adam Brown was was rude and disrespectful. He sent his sales rep to talk to me and when I ask to finalize everything deal with him he came out very visibly upset and started yelling at both me and my husband. I would like to talk to Honda leadership about his manners. If Honda has people like him they would never have been in business. I have been with honda over 20 years. I buy my car with Ton Tonkin and I service with Ron Tonkin and I don’t deserve to be treated to like xxxx. Adam brown needs more training on being a manager. No people’s skill. I felt the General manager at that branch got my complaints but tried to cover up for him I think.
