went in with a pre-approval and specifically asked their financial department not to submit your information to any other Credit Agencies knowing that it would lower your credit score and they chose to do it anyways I then kept getting letters and letters and letters in the mail from all these other agencies that I never approved

Axel, our sales person was easy to work with and helped us pick out one of the 3 Jeeps we were looking at buying.

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Newberg Chevrolet. I purchased my vehicle in November 2024. My clean vehicle rebate (over $2,000.) is in limbo due to their negligence in providing the necessary paperwork. I’ve contacted them six times by phone and email and the manager (Sam Pyne) has assured me assistance but nothing has happened. I had to research the actions needed to remedy my situation, made them aware of what needs to be done, and they still can’t or won’t help. I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service and lack of follow through.

We were able to do most of the upfront work online which made things very smooth. It was also convenient because I do not live in town.
