I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Newberg Chevrolet. I purchased my vehicle in November 2024. My clean vehicle rebate (over $2,000.) is in limbo due to their negligence in providing the necessary paperwork. I’ve contacted them six times by phone and email and the manager (Sam Pyne) has assured me assistance but nothing has happened. I had to research the actions needed to remedy my situation, made them aware of what needs to be done, and they still can’t or won’t help. I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service and lack of follow through.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership! My salesman, Axle, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was truly a one-person experience from start to finish, which I really appreciated. I bought a Gladiator and absolutely love it. Thanks to Axle for making everything so easy and enjoyable-highly recommend!

I purchased a used vehicle from Newberg Chevrolet and Russell McMillen was my sales person. Russell was very communicative and straightforward. We were able to do most of the upfront work online which made things very smooth. It was also convenient because I do not live in town. I would highly recommend Russell and Newberg Chevrolet for your next car purchase.

I had a great experience buying used vehicle from Newberg Chevrolet. Russell McMillen was our sales person. Did a great job of communicating. A lot of the upfront work was done online which made it convenient since we live out of town. It was as low stress car deal. Would highly recommend using Newberg Chevrolet and Russell for your next car.

I previously gave this dealership a five star review but lack of communication has changed that. I brought an “as is” used vehicle from them, but had a few things I brought it back to be inspected for. The first trip back seemed to go okay or at least so I thought. After I left I forgot to mention the black unsecured box in the truck. I called the next day, sent pictures, and followed up and heard nothing back from anyone. Lesson learned…my advice is make sure you thoroughly inspect the car, every inch of it. After all a sale is a sale, checked or not.
