    I had the best experience with the Sheehy team! Vince Santa-Ana was amazing! He helped me find the vehicle tailored for my needs. I wanted to get out of... this luxury lease and was surprised to find a vehicle that went beyond my expectations price wise and comfort. I’ve been to various dealerships i.e. BMW, Lexus and Carmax, but Sheehy is top in my books. I will be back for another vehicle ��

    This is a very late thank you but I still wanted to mention the great service I received at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas from Craig Phillips. On a Sunday... night in December my car wouldn’t start and I couldn’t figure out why. Without much time before the dealership closed I got a ride there to see if they had any ideas. After explaining the situation I was introduced to Craig to see if he might be able to help. At 5:45, 15 minutes before closing Craig clocked out early and drove me to my car and was able to figure out the issue and get my car started. I told him that I was a new Nissan owner and he told me to come by the dealership and he would show me some of the features of my car and answer any questions I have. Craig, I will be taking you up on that offer very soon. Thanks again!!

    I travelled 3 hours because the dealership had an extreme interest in making me a satisfied customer. All negotiations made over phone. The model, features,... color, interior, etc ... of the Altima I was looking was found, ready for me to come and pick up. Estevan Stamatakis, Sales and Bryan Whitlow, Manager teamed up to make my leasing experience a pleasurable one. Kudos to Estevan, who spent time setting up and explaining to me all of the new features the 2020's have to offer. He was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole process!! Many thanks, will be back for sure!

    I'm still not sure if this place is shady or inept. I purchased a used minivan at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas and dealt with two very disappointing situations.... The first was that after a test drive I discovered a significant scratch on the back tailgate. I was ready to buy the van but I told them I would need the scratch repaired. My salesperson, Daisy, assured me they would take care of the problem. They tried to buff it out while I was tending to the paperwork. During the "We Owe You" portion I told them that we might need to list the scratch as needing to be repaired. They recommended that we wait to see if it could be buffed out. Upon finishing the paperwork I was told it could not be buffed out and having the scratch touched up would be added to the paperwork. However, when I tried to schedule the work a few weeks later I was told first that it had been too long and then that it was not on the We Owe You document and they would not repair the scratch. The second issue with this dealership was with the tags. After a month my temporary tags expired and I had to call to have another set issued. After another month the tags once again expired. This time I didn't call in time and my wife had to drive for three days with expired temporary tags. Another month passed and I was issued another set of temporary tags. Meanwhile, my bank sent me a letter asking why they had not received the title of the vehicle. Nearly three months after my purchase I finally received official tags. However, they had been issued by DMV the previous month and I was already late on getting the car inspected. Once again my wife had to drive the vehicle in fear of being pulled over. Sheehy Nissan of Manassas displayed a combination of deception, ineptitude and/or lack of caring. Due to this I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

    Everything went smoothly and the salesman seemed helpful and willing to work with us HOWEVER I did not appreciate the fact that I was informed at the very... LAST minute after all purchasing was completed that there was no spare key for the car. This is something the dealership should have taken care of as a courtesy or at least informed me in before the purchase.

    Car was from auction. Very Poor repair job on an obvious wrecked car when viewed in person after driving close to 200 miles to purchase an Avalon Hybrid... limited. Don't buy this car. Dealership does not repair vehicles and clean means nothing to them as far as the exterior.

    this was my first time purchasing a vehicle and Jerry Rivas took the time to explain the process the whole process, apart from that he even gave me advice... on re financing. Definitely recommend Jerry if you ever pay a visit here!
