Bait and switch.
Bait and switch. Car wasn’t available and they won’t stop calling me to come into their dealership so they can sell me a much more expensive vehicle.

Purchased a 2020 Colorado on April 26th 2025.
Purchased a 2020 Colorado on April 26th 2025. Two days later the transmission started to shift jerking motion. Call the dealer and was told since I didn't purchase a warranty I was "on my own". The DEALER WARRANTY attachment paper on the window said "dealer will pay 100%of the labor and 100%of the parts for covered systems and then in really small print it says "Maryland State Inspection Items Only"(in very small print) I drove the vehicle less than 200 miles before the problem with the transmission started. A reputable dealer would have had me bring the vehicle in, diagnosis the problem and offered some type of resolution to the problem. I have purchased eight automobiles from the Ourisman family of dealerships since 1970, when straight out of high I purchased a brand new SS396 Chevelle. Needless to say Ourisman had lost a life long customer and cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. TAKE YOUR CAR BUYING DOLLARS ELSEWHERE !!!!!!!

Worst buying experience ever. There was no fllow up after the sale. I received no orientation to the dealership or the vehicle. I was handed the keys and sent on my way.
