Kunta has never responded or reached out no missed calls, messages, or emails. I have called probably 40times. His secretary has confirmed he’s in his office but fails to respond every time.

Standard bait and switch tactics.

Standard bait and switch tactics. They advertised a vehicle for sale at a specific price that was significantly below MSRP. When I called about it, and got a written proposal, they added back in $2000 from the MSRP figure, and they lowballed my trade by over $5000. A friend of mine is the GM of a dealership, and he confirmed what I’m saying here. Ourisman website says they are a “family“ dealership. There’s nothing family about them. You’re just a number and a warm body if you’re willing to go along with their high-pressure tactics. I tried to speak with the GM, they wouldn’t let me talk to him, left a voicemail and haven’t heard back, sent an email with no response. Do yourself a favor, ignore the false advertising of low prices, and go somewhere else.

The destination charge is clearly listed online on every new vehicle and shown on all written proposals.—if your friend is a GM, they’d know this. We provide transparent pricing with every line item disclosed, including trade values based on actual market data. Judging a dealership from hours away because we didn’t meet a specific request doesn’t reflect how we treat our local customers, many of whom return because of our honesty and service. Vincenzo was helpful and knowledgeable, and he also answered several questions after the sale, which I appreciate based on my experience, I definitely recommend this dealership. Pricing is not transparent. For a used vehicle, expect them to ask for $5,000+ on top of the price listed online. Or else, haggle like all xxxx... and still pay more fees than at other dealers. Or, just take your business elsewhere... No shade to the saleswoman we met, though. She was very nice, and definitely deserves fairer working hours and wages from Ourisman management.

Purchased a 2020 Colorado on April 26th 2025.

Purchased a 2020 Colorado on April 26th 2025. Two days later the transmission started to shift jerking motion. Call the dealer and was told since I didn't purchase a warranty I was "on my own". The DEALER WARRANTY attachment paper on the window said "dealer will pay 100%of the labor and 100%of the parts for covered systems and then in really small print it says "Maryland State Inspection Items Only"(in very small print) I drove the vehicle less than 200 miles before the problem with the transmission started. A reputable dealer would have had me bring the vehicle in, diagnosis the problem and offered some type of resolution to the problem. I have purchased eight automobiles from the Ourisman family of dealerships since 1970, when straight out of high I purchased a brand new SS396 Chevelle. Needless to say Ourisman had lost a life long customer and cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. TAKE YOUR CAR BUYING DOLLARS ELSEWHERE !!!!!!!
