Accommodating Dealership

Salesman Rick Marshall was very accommodating. Even showed us some of the cars features on the start and most especially after the sales. Showing all the exciting features. Friendly staffs and we’re even introduced to the big boss (nice to meet him, good guy).

Confirmed the Price and Availability with salesman night

Confirmed the Price and Availability with salesman night before, was First person to greet a salesperson out of the morning meeting, and the PRICE HAD INCREASED 50%. I have screenshots of the car advertisement, luckily because there was a coupon i downloaded, but they still did not honor it. This was less than 24 hours after the picture was taken and before confirmed with a salesperson. I drove from a good while away, general sales manager Jason Kerr said he would give me the price if he could. Will update review if that is the case.

Bait & Switch

I had a deal with another Jeep dealership. But Jacob Black at Clarksville dealership said he would beat the deal. No problem. He sent emails stating the #s. Jacob, had the written offer from other dealership. Went to pick car up from Clarksville Jeep. Upon, arriving Jacob said I have the numbers, and everything I asked for. We then went into a conversation about how I have had two bad experiences at the dealership. Jacob said no problem, and it won’t happen this time. Third strike. The dealership then changed the #s by $200+ more on lease. Where is Jacob Black. Hiding in the back. After a long process to get my keys back. One manager greeted me with a story why his deal was better. Then a phone call when I was down the road by the manager Jason who decided to curse at me. I did follow suit with some language. In the end they lie to get you in. They bait and switch. Stay away from Clarksville Jeep unless you like to be screwed.

Todd, I had the opportunity to review the numbers sent along with the emails sent. It proves we offered you exactly what was agreed upon barring the unknown trade value. In fact the only difference was your trade value. You said your trade was worth $36K (which we both know was MSRP for your 2018 wrangler that now has 36K miles). Unfortunately you were unwilling to give us details about your possible trade in before hand. The trade numbers you gave us were based on a quote you received from a previous dealer. You said, "I am also not budging off my 36K for trade." When you came in this evening the only number that changed was your trade value as it is simply not worth $36K to us. The quotes supplied via email and in person, prove we did everything we said we would do and there was absolutely nothing remotely close to "bait and switch". Before you came into the store we had no idea what your trade was or miles on it. There was about a 45 second interval between the salesperson coming up to the sales tower to the time the Sales Manager greeted you with your key in hand (camera footage proves this). It was certainly not a long process to get your keys back. Finally after you left, you called back into the store and asked for Jacob, "Jacob answered the phone "Thank you for calling this is Jacob." You then went right into cussing at Jacob. There were 5 other people who heard you using profanity and Jacob absolutely did not. When the General Sales Manager, Jason, had enough of you abusing our employee, he stepped in very cordially, and tried to defuse your anger. You then cussed at Jason several times before he said, "Sir I am not cussing at you, please do not cuss at me." After about 45 seconds of you berating Jason, he ended the call by hanging up on you. As General Manager of this store, I find you actions to be completely unacceptable and it is surprising to me that you, yourself, a business owner as you claim to be, who has 1,000 employees, speak to people this way and try to conduct business this way.
