I had a previous purchase at this dealership that was

I had a previous purchase at this dealership that was positive. However, this experience was very far from that sadly. I also put this review on Google and contacted the dealer and Lexus of USA. In short, they wanted to sell a vehicle that needed a timing belt, and made no accomodations for that. It was over in miles and years. If the belt snapped, it's a $7k+ engine replacement that no warranty would cover. Because of their attitude and a number of mistruths they told me, I did not consider another vehicle their either and will never be back. I made sure they understood that clearly and they didn't seem to care. I had cash as well as a high credit rating and purchased a similar car at a different dealer, with no such issues, 2 days later. I hope they don't do this to others!

Buying a car from Jeneva at Lexus in Portland was a 6 out

Buying a car from Jeneva at Lexus in Portland was a 6 out of 5 star experience. Absolutely no pressure, she simply just guided us through the process and helped us but the car we wanted. We felt so taken care of and will definitely buy a car from her again. She was professional and genuine. And the man that helped us to finance the car was super helpful (and funny) and ended up giving us a better deal than expected. Thank you!

Ed Swift,took care of me,he is very

Ed Swift,took care of me,he is very Professional,Courteous,answered all my questions,went out of his way, to help me,I do not drive to Beaverton, he got me a loaner car, & I knew that with Him,I was in the best of Care. I feel Strongely that Ed, is a Great Asset to Lexus of Portland, & when I need my car serviced in july 2025, I will contact him, to take car of my car. Cameron picked up my car & brought my car back, he was Great also. Thank You. Paulette Brown

I'm so pleased with the entire experience.

I'm so pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive. Calamo and Hugo were particularly helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions thoroughly. They made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new car.

The staffs are very friendly, first Yasu made it very

The staffs are very friendly, first Yasu made it very easy for me to schedule a test drive within 15 min of my call. Yasu was very welcoming when we met and very knowledgable about the car and made it very easy to go over the financing application. When picking the car, Connor was very nice and spent enough time with us making sure to cover everything related to technology and answering our questions.

I was an out of state customer and Chris Eggerts kept in

I was an out of state customer and Chris Eggerts kept in contact with me and helped me throughout the buying process. Answered all my questions and concerns and even drove me to the bank so I can get my down payment. Debra from the finance department walked me through some finance options and was very accommodating without any pressure to up sell any dealer installs. I was happy she help me find a finance options that worked for me. Sarah Sabrowski the title clerk was amazing. After the sales process she kept in contact with me by processing the paperwork for my out of state registration. She even got me another trip permit in case my plates hasn’t arrive yet. She went above and beyond. And before I left the dealership they got my car washed and a full tank of gas. The tank of gas was a big help since I was driving the car back to California. Overall a very stress free and great car buying experience.
