    The performance of the sales representative, Bruce Athey, who has been in the automotive business for 37 years (34 of them at Sport Chevrolet), was masterful.... Fair enough, I came to him with, wanting to see a specific vehicle that I had found through True Car, but he was masterful in getting to my priorities, allowed me to take an extended test drive at his closing hour, and made sure to get my "bottom line" on price and trade-in, before I left. I thought I was going to test drive another, similar vehicle at another dealership, but after I slept on it, I realized that he had given me everything I needed to make a decision without further delay of see another vehicle. Bruce took care of all of the footwork for my tag transfer and helped me with other details. Bruce delivers first-rate service and is honest and transparent in all of his dealings.

    This was my first time at Sport Chevrolet. I chose Sport because the Chevy dealership close to where I live is horrible. I purchased my vehicle in Front... Royal and had been taking it there for it's scheduled maintenance for the past 2 yrs. It is a 1.5 hour drive from where I live. Due to COVID19 precautions, I decided to find a place that was closer when I saw Sport on the internet. I easily made an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. There is a business area where I was able to sit and use my laptop away from the noise of the tv and other customers (social distancing). The staff was courteous and friendly. I was kept informed along the way of the progress and was notified of some suggested maintenance that I hadn't scheduled. I declined the suggested maintenance, and felt no pressure to proceed with their suggestions. I highly recommend Sport Chevrolet. We have 4 Chevrolet vehicles in my family and we will be coming here from now on. Thank you Sport Chevrolet for setting the bar high for customer service.

    Since coming to Maryland over 14 years ago, I have been searching for a dealership who would provide customer service to GM employees and retirees on a... level to match those in our home state of Michigan. Because of the repetitive nature of our transactions, GM employees need someone who is knowledgeable, quick, and honors all our GM discounts. On this last transaction, I tried working with (5) different dealerships before finding Sport Chevrolet. Our sales consultant at Sport not only provided all the customer service we were looking for but did it via email, texts, videos, and calls. All his efforts saved us from having to spend unnecessary time in the dealership which is the future sales model that GM must compete with (Carvana, etc.). Sport Chevrolet was head and shoulders above the other privately owned GM dealerships we contacted. Kudos to the Fogarty family for the way they have chosen to run their business.

    Once I spoke to hierarchy when it comes to my viehele I never had any issues I would by another chevy, always make sure you get all the extended warranties... you can, keeping you're car updated and lubricated can have it running for ever

    From my initial used car contact with Sport Chevrolet dealership via internet to purchase and delivery today every aspect was efficient, personal and reassuring.... Purchasing a vehicle from my home in North Carolina from a dealership in Maryland was somewhat intimidating but proved to be effortless thanks to the Sport Chevrolet staff.

    I was in communication with a gentleman named Vince for approximately one week regarding this vehicle. We exchanged emails and phone calls during that... time. The online pictures of the car looked very nice and my questions and concerns were answered by Vince, i.e., aftermarket parts on the car, specifically wheels and radio. Additionally was assured all electronics, gauges, windows etc functioned as intended. I was satisfied and decided to take the long, long, long drive from PA to see and buy the car if it was everything it was reported to be. I arrived on prearranged day with cash in hand to drive and purchase the car. It looked good on the lot, could not wait to get behind the wheel and drive the beauty. Well, here's what happened: before I got off the lot the Traction Control light came on and stayed on throughout the test drive, the radio produced only static, sun visor fell off when I tried to lower it, passenger visor did the same, speedometer read 100 mph when I was going maybe 50 mph, glove compartment door would not close once opened, there's more but my point is made. So.. we get back to dealership and problems are reported by sales guy. I discover that tires/wheels are the wrong size while waiting for Vince and crew to come out and report my finding to them. They acted stupefied, did not know what to say when in reality had to have known tires/wheels were incorrect for that car, in addition to all the others issues. Well .... you know were this is going, my wife and I left for our long, long, long drive back to PA very disappointed, I had a heavy heart and sad. For what it's worth: if you do business with Sport, go in with eyes wide open, hang onto your wallet and do not bend over!

    They worked with me on exactly what car I wanted, what features I wanted, and made the loan process so simple. At 60 years old, I've purchased quite a... few cars and I've never had a more pleasant experience purchasing a car. Sport Chevrolet is the third Chevy dealership I've purchased a car from and it is by far the best. I will never buy from another dealership. Sport Chevrolet is my home!

    First I was told they had the car I was interested in. So I set up an appointment. Three hours before I was to come in I was told it was sold. Received... an email the next day asking if I was still interested in the same vehicle. Then I get another email a few days later saying no one could reach me in reference to the vehicle i was interested in. At that point I was irritated and respond with an unhappy email. This place needs to seriously work on their communication kills. I guess they are such a big dealership they don’t have to worry about one unhappy person. They never responded to my email.
