They don't honor their word. We bought a Subaru Forester, it had a bad tire, a chip in the window, and a clicking noise when turning left. We brought it right back to them. They argued with us about putting new tires on, wanting us to pay for it. They said they couldn't diagnose the clicking sound but would note it in our paperwork that At Any Time should it cause an issue with our car they'd cover the repairs. When we took it to our Mechanic, he diagnosed the axle issue quickly, we went back to Lithia Honda and they said that they would not honor their repair promise. That we'd waited too long after the warranty. We reiterated that they'd said since the issue was noted from day of buying, since their service department couldn't diagnose the issue but it was evident and in the car's record so would be repaired at no cost to us Whenever should it cause issue and we had it diagnosed. Lithia Honda Does Not Have Integrity. Will not be doing business with them again

I contacted Allen Johnson, the service manager, I emailed and called him. When he called me back I explained the promise that our salesman had made at time of purchase. He explained that although they are all one company, often the salesmen don't put the promises into writing and when a customer returns there's no record and so the service department can't honor the salesman's guarantee. He told me he'd investigate further and call me back the next day. I never heard from him again, although I left him messages. The salesmen make empty promises and guarantees. They say what they need to get you off the lot without intending to follow through. Do Not Purchase a Vehicle Here, there's No Integrity.
A month later, and supposedly Allen Johnson is investigating why his salesmen do not honor their word. It doesn't take long to investigate our paperwork. We were promised repair on buying and when we came to get the repair done, we were told the salesmen don't put promises in writing so it wouldn't be honored. Again, Allen, are you intending to rectify this situation?

I have had significant service with this dealership
I have had significant service with this dealership before and have generally had very positive experiences. However, on my last visit I needed a repair on my windshield (reinstall the gasket on top), since the dealership had replaced the windshield 2 years before. They had examined the failed gasket one week earlier and ordered a new one, scheduling me for the repair. However, It turns out they could not put it in, as, they speculated, they probably needed a special tool to do so. Travis noted that they had actually farmed out the earlier windshield replacement, so they were inexperienced in this matter. They had also lost the record of who had done the work, so they couldn't even refer me back to him for having done a faulty job. After an hour or so of waiting I was dismissed with a hand shake, being told either to live with the failed gasket (now removed) or find my own glass installer to re-insert it. I admit this is a grey area, but were I in the manager's seat I would have taken responsibility and assured the customer that, one way or another I would follow through on the repair and fixed what my department had done, even though contracted out. I am giving my rating of 2 stars for what I have to assume was the manager's ultimate decision _not_ to assume responsibility.

My car needed some major updating before sending it off
My car needed some major updating before sending it off to another state with my daughter, and Travis and the service team came through for me. There was a long list of to do's and he helped navigate all the necessary items and even gave us a bonus headlight shine. I feel confident that my daughter will be safe and worry-free in her "new" car.
