Went through insurance to get the side of my car repaired (got ran off the road from a drunk driver) the side of my car was repaired great. Poor communication from Ethan saying it was ready then not ready for pickup multiple times. Once I finally was able to pick my car up. Notice a long deep chip on my hood (not there before). Asked about it when I was looking over the repairs- Ethan and Auto-body managerTravis passed the buck and said it was Les Schwab who caused chip. Called Schwab to pull their video footage. Not them. Have been leaving messages with receptionist for well over two weeks to have GM for the parts/auto body side Curtis. Curtis called me back finally, told him I know they don't have before pictures but I do. It wasn't there before. He asked for me to email them, refused to give me a email address for him to insure this gets dealt with... but said he would email me. No email and no returned call for another 2 weeks now. Butler Acura is a absolute joke to work with.

Knowledgable and enthusiastic. While the whole process took way too long (the automobile industry has never figured out that this is a major problem and deters potential customers from visiting) this was not Olivia's problem, she is quick and responsive.

Unpleasant service Manager
While the repair was affordable and completed on time I felt disrespected by the service manager Scott. He said to me he called the former owner to get my phone # which puzzled me because he had already called me 2x... Like he was fishing for something then i called the former owner and she had Not received a call from him. I found out later he lied to me! That was disturbing, Why would you call the previous owner when you already had my #? And why would you tell me you called her? Something stinks. I spent 2000+ dollars and it was my 1st experience here at the dealer and unfortunately my last! I didn't appreciate his attitude, and the lack of professionalism.

Awesome service
My service time was quick and efficient. The employees offered me a ride anywhere, snacks, and drinks while I waiting. They were very accommodating. I will return for future work on my car.

Awesome service
The service department always strives for excellence. From setting the appointment, to check-in, loaner car and the actual service, they are amazing. I wish all companies paid attention to their customers like this.

Excellent service
We are very happy with the quality of customer service that has been maintained at this dealership over the years. We were just getting the oil changed but we’re treated like we were someone special.

Excellent service and staff
Very knowledgeable salesman, really knows his vehicles. Vehicles were well presented and exactly as described. All staff were friendly, personable and very helpful. One area that could be improved: electronic sales. For individuals that do not live in the Ashland/Medford area and want an Acura, being able to complete most of the paperwork, negotiations, etc. over email/texts would be very helpful and a time saver. Above and Beyond
Bought an Acura for my daughter for college. Kristine and Rex were very helpful, but not pushy. They even delivered the car to my daughter at the airport when she flew home. Great experience overall.
