Sales staff and service folks were very nice and helpful. The sales process was relatively efficient. The car is great, exactly what I was looking for and easy to research online before my appointment. The tag and title process (registering outside of Virginia) has been truly awful, and is still unresolved more than 6 weeks after purchase.

I have purchased 3 Foresters from Stohlman over the past 15 years. I have found both their sales people and service staff to be both respectful and candid.

My first visit to the dealership in several months since I had an issue which only they could resolve (fob death!). Service was speedy, staff was attentive to time, made several suggestions but pointed out that my six year inspection was fast approaching. I will certainly return for that. Can't evaluate individuals since I don't know their names....

Stohlman is the fourth dealership my wife and I visited and Josh Paniagua the best salesman we encountered. He is knowledgeable, listens, and makes a sincere effort to help satisfy what we were looking for in a new car. Josh demonstrated a thorough understanding of the features of the cars we looked at and test drove. He was able to walk us through the functions of the Forester and Outback ensuring we understood how to operate the vehicle. He was most patient and made us feel comfortable as we deliberated. Terrific service and very speedy to boot. Not only did they fix the grille that had fallen off the front as part of their free inspection but identified my decrepit windshield wipers that would not have passed the VA inspection which is due this month!
