I have bought literally dozens of cars over my life and am an engineer, so I tend to be very picky and critical of car dealerships and salesmen. I found the car I wanted at Audi of Tysons and wanted a fast, smooth process. My first inquiry was answered by Matt Ryan and he accommodated my schedule and set up a great test drive. All great, but the real discriminators that Matt brings are knowledge of the cars and being a genuinely engaging and nice guy. Great experience, found this fresh trade in online, but I am located 4 hours away was worried I couldnt make it before the vehicle was sold. Contacted the dealership and talked to Matt Ryan, my sales associate. We talked for a couple days before I could travel to them, arrived vehicle was ready, waiting for me. Audi at Tyson’s Corner should be your place for anything Audi. Great customer service, get sales representatives. Quick negotiation process, no wasting of your precious time. Something’s could go wrong but rest assured that things will all work great in the end. Look for Derek Nguyen, Sam Alimi, or Al Shibley - great tandem for sure. Will definitely score them 20/10 if that is an option. Warning: while they are great at what they do, don’t expect gods and nirvana. You will not go astray which these people. Top notch customer service.

We bought Audi Q5 last week. We have to say that the experience of buying the vehicle at Audi Tysons was exquisite. Right from the get go of walking into the dealership, Audi team members were very attentive and welcoming. We were assigned a sales rep, Michael was very welcoming, he understood our requirements and started helping us with the vehicles that would best fit the criteria. By the time we were done we have test driven 2 cars, seen total of 4 cars, end result we knew that the car we were finalizing was the car we really wanted. Michael did not force / try to up sale us on any option, also there was no pressure at all when we decided the lease price. Due to unforeseen scheduling circumstances we were unable stay longer to close the deal on that day and had to go in couple of days later. Michael and the finance team this time were again ready for us with all the required pieces for us to get in sign the necessary paper work and get out with a spanking new car, all under 90 mins. We would like to thank Michael Hallahan and Audi Tysons for making this a wonderful experience.
