Working with Dan was great - he didn't pressure me at all...

Working with Dan was great - he didn't pressure me at all and was very chill to talk to to learn about the cars I was looking at. I checked out other cars/dealerships and I came back to Rairdon's because I wanted to work with Dan. He was very helpful and made sure that I was happy at each stage. Stanley was great as well - also very helpful and helped make sure that I had an overall positive experience.

Rick Green was highly accommodative from the outset. He was informative and pleasant while we looked over a number of cars in the inventory and to find the one that suited our needs. The process of settling on a lease price and values for trade ins went quite well. During final signing he took the time to carefully transfer material from the trade in to the Altima and carefully reviewed the delivery check list before departure. By the way we like the car A LOT. Rairdon's Nissan was straightforward with their internet pricing and customer service - no real games, just honest deal-making. They worked hard to get me the vehicle, pricing and financing I wanted and met all of my expectations. Michael Hormann, the Internet Sales Manager, made sure that I was satisfied every step of the way and was always polite and courteous. I have done A LOT of car shopping and wheeling-n-dealing in my time, and this was the smoothest experience I have ever had. I heartily recommend this dealership and its team.

Todd is an excellent sales associate. He worked with me and I am now a proud owner of a Nissan Leaf, which I love. I was able to lease 2 vehicles with my trade in and not have a higher monthly payment. For that I am very happy. Also as a single female I never felt vulnerable as many male auto salesmen make women feel. So Kudos to Todd.

To whom it may concern, I recently visited your dealership without the intention of purchasing that day. I have been looking into purchasing a nissan for a while now and haven't found anything that was right or the right sales person to persuade me. When I first arrived at Rairdons nissan of auburn I was approached by the nicest sales man I have ever met. He listen to what I liked, wanted, and was looking for in a car. Wasting no time he met my needs and I was fully satisfied with the customer service I received that day. I also am very satisfied with my new car. Stanley Guinto stayed very involved with me the hole time and fully helped me. He is AWSOME and seriously deserves to be amended for his great customer services and his wonderful skill of selling cars. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK I will be sending my friends and family his way. I was impressed with the "No Hassel" approach...

I was impressed with the "No Hassel" approach to buying my truck at Rairdon's. Initially, I was communicating with my salesman via email so when I actually went down to the dealership in person, I was a little nervous about the price of my truck being different than what I was quoted online. It wasn't. Everything we discussed was onine was exactly the same when I signed the paperwork for my truck. The day I test drove my truck, I met the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager. Both of them personally thanked me for my business and made me feel valued as a customer. Since my purchase (several months ago) I have visited the dealership on numerous occasions to buy additonal accessories for my truck and on each visit, my salesman has come out to say hello and check on me to see how things are going. Even though all of the Nissan's that I have owned have been 100% reliable, it is still reassuring to have that personal approach.

Recently just purchased a 2005 Buick Rainer. I couldnt be more happy the Vehicle is beautiful inside and out. I chose Rairdons auburn of nissan because i have purchased a chrysler pacifica From jay miller when he was working at tom matson. Ever since then he is the man i trust to sell be a dependable rig the fits me and is also a great deal at the same time.Hes always been a stand up guy that i trust with my money and any future vehicles. I also had the plesure of working with Richard Samuels at auburn and he to was a great salesman!! He showed me multiple vehicles that fit my tastes and was great about not pressuring me at all which is hard to find theses days when everbody is trying to make a quick buck. Thats not all they also assed my trade in vehicle so that i can get the most its worth!! At the time it was not running very well rather then have me carless he provided me with a loaner free of charge for 4 days To me that was un heard of!! So if your looking For a classy Establisment and no nonsence vehicle shopping stop by at Auburn Nissan You will not be dispointed!!! Thomas FLorez

Very friendly staff. If I had to say anything negative, it would be the wait time. Even with an appointment it is not fast, but so far the experience is good and I will continue going there.
