Excellent Shopping Experience that Made a Difference
My husband and I came to Honda when I thought I had already decided what car to purchase from another dealer. As soon as we met Howie Te, our Sales Consultant, the shopping experience was different. He was easy to communicate with, personable, and knowledgeable, and he set up a test drive that had a planned route to show off how the car handled on different types of roads. The main factor in my decision to purchase was, of course, how much I loved the car. But the shopping experience added to my enthusiasm for the purchase because I felt so supported and respected through the entire process. The positive environment and experience extended to our interactions with Ray Bacova, Finances Manager, who walked us through all the paperwork and added to our view that this Honda dealership wants its customers to be well-informed and satisfied.
