SHAM, waste of time
Typical bait and switch: Good entry, smiling faces when test driving car, etc. Afterwards: Never a straight price, always evasive tactics: One guy gives the money factor, another gives the residual, they NEVER show COSTCO price. Their question: Are you ok with this down payment and this monthly? -- My answer: What is the price? what is the residual? what is the MF? From that it is just punching the numbers. We agreed on a price. They had us sign a bunch of documents, like declining "pulse" accessory and "double" warranty. In the end, they WOULD NOT respect the FINAL price we had negotiated 20 minutes earlier and wanted to massage it into a different price. I realized this as I had my laptop and my numbers did not match what they were seeing, and I asked for an explanation of the difference. At this point, AFTER we had negotiated the FINAL PRICE, they pointed me to the small ink ON THEIR PAGE, which says: "The dealer advertised sale price does not include ... installed accessories" and they told me they were adding the accessories???? What??? So, first I had signed a bunch of documents that they were removing the accessories, then they were adding them back and changing the already agreed price???? Personal note: I have leased 5 vehicles and KNOW The process. In other sales experiences my numbers matched within a couple of cents of the numbers the finance guy would pass. Here, I was missing between $800 an $1000. BOTTOM LINE: These guys NEVER met the Truth in lending act requirement which says: "The Truth in Lending Act (TILA) protects you against inaccurate and unfair credit billing and credit card practices. It requires lenders to provide you with loan cost information so that you can comparison shop for certain types of loans." They NEVER provided Price information clearly, made us sign a bunch of useless crap and in the end we walked out when we noticed we were being taken. The worst of all: NOBODY GIVES ME BACK THE 4 HOURS I WASTED IN THIS.

Costco Auto Program - Lying and Abusing the Progra
Costco Auto Program buyers - BEWARE! Salespeople at this dealership refused to show me the actual Costco Auto Program price sheet (per the instructions from Costco) and quoted me a price $500 over what they agreed to with Costco while claiming it was official ("it's a screaming deal"). After being belittled ("I've never had to print out the actual sheet for someone before") and waiting for an inordinate amount of time, they finally showed me the official sheet and it was $500 cheaper. WOW! Lying, deceitful, and taking advantage of even the Costco program where the whole point is to not have to deal with negotiations or sales tactics. I reported them to have them removed from the program for such obviously predatory practices - DO NOT SHOP HERE. Who knows what they do to standard/off-the-street buyers.

Happy with my purchase
I bought a fully loaded Honda HRV EX-L with Bellevue Honda yesterday. Eddy was easy to work with and he was pretty honest about pricing and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The finance manager went through different financing options in detail and I got a good APR with an extended warranty for the end of year sale.

BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT
I think it is important that you know that my family actually paid cash for 5 vehicles since 2012 and 3 of those vehicles were brand new. I am even more concerned because my cars transmission problem has cost me more than just money for a rental car ($1K) I had to leave my brand new job 3 hours early in my 8th day of work to deal with Enterprise and Zurich. Unfortunately even your staff was told that I had been in the ER and they still took the opportunity to treat me like garbage on Saturday, September 15th and their actions have to date cost me $1000 in rental fees but that total is going up as my car is still not done and Zurich was only willing to cover the rental for 12 days. That's aside from the 5 days the rental was not covered starting Sunday, September 16th. I had to take my car to Cle Elum to a transmission shop and I am certain that because of the location of the shop and the small volume that this process has taken much longer than it would have there. I also have to believe based on all m many past experiences that I would have had little if not zero costs for the rental through you guys as it has been covered completely previously under my warranty. I was put into a CRV last time and at no cost and have been every time. The worst part is how I have been treated. I made arrangements with Oliver on Friday, September 14th over the phone to return my car to you to again to address my slipping transmission and I was supposed to drop my car off and pick up a rental. That is what I discussed with Oliver. I was already upset about having to bring it back in especially when I went over all of the paperwork surrounding my last service experience which was also a HUGE MESS!!! After having to come in two more times from Bellingham (approximately a 4 hour round trip drive) for my torque converter last Fall and having Dave C. treat me like a jerk when he is the one who let someone drive off in my car with my border collie in it, and Micah charging me for transmission fluid, trying to sell me rear brakes, and new filters and then discovering that my transmission was still slipping and getting worse of course I was angry! The problem I had brought my car in for on August 28th was not fixed and Micah wanted to sell me stuff that had nothing to do with my transmission. Of course now that I was at a brand new job full time I did not have the time to deal with the issue and nor did I want to break down and be late for my new job or stranded at anytime. Unfortunately when I came in on Saturday, September 15th, Micah did not do what was discussed. I came in, parked my car in the service drive and I went to the rental counter. My boyfriend was waiting at Micah's desk for him to get off the phone and check in my car but Micah asked me to take your technician for a drive. So I did. Now here is a serious problem. I drove my car first and without any doubt, anyone could hear how much engine rev was happening and how my transmission was not driving my wheels. It was incredibly obvious going up the hill in front of Honda. I then let your technician drive and he put his foot down and floored my car and it barely moved up the hill in front of your dealership! But I was told that if my car did not throw any codes Zurich would not fix it! NOBODY EVEN CONTACTED ZURICH!I drove my car up Snoqualmie Pass so many times when I worked at the Summit and I know quite well my car was not running right anymore. I was sent away. My car not checked in and literally leaving me to be stranded on my way to or from my job. I bought both the car and the warranty from you guys and telling me to take a hike was beyond inappropriate. I honestly think you need to reprimand your staff because they truly seemed to have been working as a team to do the opposite of what I had scheduled to have happen. Dave C. needs to quit giving me the stink eye for his mistakes as well. Your team has had several opportunities to do what was right but have been xxxx-bent o
