I had chance to get an environmental protection service...

I had chance to get an environmental protection service for my new car. My sales person, Mr. Schweiss, shows consistent professional and kind manner. His nice service and smile makes me comfortable. I can trust his management quality and excellent communication skills among the team members.

I've worked with this dealer via Casey Parkin (sales representative) and have found his efforts both professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and sales transaction process. This is the second vehicle (2009 BMW235i) that I've bought within the past seven-months from Casey (the first was a 2008 Porsche C2S). In both cases, I've had a great experience and everything progressed smoothly.

Over the years, we have purchased several cars from...

Over the years, we have purchased several cars from Tischer MileOne (e.g., Boxster, C4S and recently a 2010 GT3). My wife and I have been going to Tischer (MileOne) for man years. In today's market place finding a business that consistently provides high quality sales service is nearly impossible or at least it seems to be the exception. While the service sales staff at Tischer Audi has changed over the years one thing has not and that is their professionalism, attention to, and care for customer needs and a willingness to work toward a mutually beneficial sale. In our opinion, Tischer MileOne is among the best overall dealership for customer service before AND after the sale. They have an excellent service department, which is what keeps us going back to Tischer for both new car purchases and service. In our book, Tischer MileOne staff genuinely care about doing right for its customers. It's in their culture. We have been doing business with them for 30 years and through management and personnel changes they continue to provide us with the best possible service year in, year out. I don't often provide reviews - but in this case, I thought I would share our experience and hope that it helps you in finding a dealership that you will be happy with before and after you buy your car.

I found the dealership in particular Casey Parkin (sales representative) very professional and most of all very knowledgeable about the vehicle (which you don't always find). I had a great experience and everything went smooth. I also was impressed with the rapid communication.

My wife and I have been going to Tischer Audi (MileOne)...

My wife and I have been going to Tischer Audi (MileOne) for 30 years. In today's market place finding a business that consistently provides high quality service is nearly impossible or at least it seems to be the exception. While the service staff at Tischer Audi has changed over the years one thing has not and that is their professionalism, attention to, and care for customer needs, quality of service, and they get consistently high marks for their excellent workmanship. No one is perfect but in our opinion, Tischer Audi MileOne is among the best dealership for service. You can buy a car just about anywhere these days but when it comes time to have your car serviced, for our money, no one does it better than Tischer MileOne. P.S George Ayoub is our service rep for our Audi and Porsche. In our book, George gets the highest marks for the genuine care he provides his customers. He always exceeds our expectations! Casey was very helpful, friendly and professional when I...

Casey was very helpful, friendly and professional when I first came to the dealership to buy the new car. He made the experience easy and was pleaseant to deal with. I certainly felt like this was the best experience I had ever had buying a new car. George is outstanding in the service department. He is accomidating, helpful, friendly, professional and really the best service manager I have ever dealt with in a car delaership. I would never consider taking my car elsewhere to be serviced as long as he is at the dealership.

We had a wonderful experience working with Casey and...

We had a wonderful experience working with Casey and Chaz. From the beginning, their intent was to educate us and not push for the sale. We were made to feel comfortable asking any and all questions and that is why we elected to stay with this dealership. I look forward to sending our friends and family to meet with Casey and Chaz, as well as return for future cars.

I gave this dealership a high rating for a couple of...

I gave this dealership a high rating for a couple of reasons. First, George is very knowledgable, he listens carefully and gets the job done. Also, I frequently ask technical questions. Not only does George get the answers to my questions, but he brings the mechanic who is knowledgable about my question out to talk to me in the customer area. At the most recent service, I asked how to disconnect the electrical switch under the seat so that I could remove the seat. I did not want to break the switch fiddling with it. The mechanic explained how to do it, zeroxed a copy of both halves of the switch and then drew instructions on the xerox to make it easy for me. This is service beyond anything I have had anywhere else.

After purchasing my Audi TT at Tischer Audi in Silver...

After purchasing my Audi TT at Tischer Audi in Silver Spring, MD, I decided to take my car there for regular service because of the positive experience I had buying the car. Since then, I've continued to go to Tischer to service my Audi, even though I live in Virginia, due to the outstanding service and professional attention I have receive there. The service staff are VERY knowledgeable and have been excellent at diagnosing and addressing any issues that have come up with this car. Recently, they accurately and quickly identified the problem with a headlight that functioned intermittently. I was able to get an appointment quickly and have repairs completed smoothly and at a reasonable price. i was offered a loaner car to use while repairs were completed which was very convenient. In addition to the excellent repair work, I have been extremely satisfied with my service advisor at Tischer Audi, Rai Pollard. He knows these cars very well and has been incredibly helpful in advising me on the care of my car. He maintains regular communication to update me on the status of my repairs and has been a pleasure to work with. In sum, I continue to drive out of my way to take my Audi to Tischer for service because of the excellent service and staff there.

George has always taken the best care of me and my A4. ...

George has always taken the best care of me and my A4. He makes the whole service experience as painless as possible and I rave about it to all my friends. I've been taking my 2002 A4 there ever since I bought it almost four years ago. I've never had any problems and all of my questions have always been answered to my satisfaction. Their current location is a bit small, but they will be moving to a new building that's almost next door. From what I've heard, it's pretty state-of-the-art and I can't wait to see it. Honestly, I've thought about trading my car in for a newer model and am even considering switching makes. The main thing that keeps me from doing so is the excellent service that I receive from George and the team. I HIGHLY recommend the team at Tischer Audi.
