    I went to Ford of Kirkland?s site and the first car I found was exactly the car I wanted. I called to ask them to hold it then drove to the dealership... and bought it for a very good price.

    Mike Sylvan was tremendous! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and fun! I can't tell you enough what a pleasure it was for me to work with him!... Came in Christmas Eve and purchased a brand new 2014 Ford Focus. He answered every question I had and really knows the Ford product. There are a few other Ford dealerships in the area that I could have bought from but, 100% of the reason I bought at Ford of Kirkland, was because of Mike and everyone else there! I will absolutely come back and purchase again because of the people! Awesome job all the way around!

    This was my fourth time buying a vehicle from Ford of Kirkland and I will continue to go to them first when I'm in the market to buy a vehicle. The staff... was very courteous and knowledgeable. I bought a 2020 Ford Edge ST and I love it.

    On Saturday 9/26, My wife purchased a used Land Rover from Jason, at Ford of Kirkland, on Saturday. Monday morning she went to work and the car started... losing power and making a loud knocking sound. We called Ford of Kirkland and waited on hold twice before hanging up and calling a tow service to tow it back to Ford of Kirkland. We had the car towed back to Ford of Kirkland and talked to the guy who performed the towing afterward. A service manager told the guy doing the towing that they had expected the car was coming back! These guys obviously took the car in on a trade, figured out it was a dud, pieced it back together, and then tried to sell it to the most inexperienced car buyer possible. My wife said Jason, the salesman, seemed to be laughing as she left and she felt really uncomfortable about it. From the beginning, when my wife went to purchase the car, I asked her to get an inspection report before signing any documents. Jason, the apparent new Salesperson, told her that the 187 point inspection report wasn't available until Monday because the service manager didn't work on the weekends. My wife really liked the car and wanted to buy it but I told my wife to not sign any documents without seeing the inspection report. It had high mileage and was an expensive car to fix. My wife had Jason call me and I was extremely skeptical of why the report wasn't available. Anyone at the dealer should be able to view an inspection report when selling a car. Jason finally committed that my wife could take the car home and on Monday he would send the inspection report over and if she didn't like it could return the car. It's now Monday night, we've called multiple times and no inspection report and no return call from Jason. On another issue, my wife has great credit and somehow they ended up charging her way more than they should have on the interested rate. Read the rest of the reviews on Ford of Kirkland, if you sort by worst reviews first, you'll see that these same issues are a pattern with Ford of Kirkland. Jason at the Ford of Kirkland sells mechanically flawed used cars. Ford of Kirkland overcharges on interest rates so their sleazy used car salesman can make higher commissions and then laugh at you as you are walking out the door. Jason, at Ford of Kirkland, should not be allowed to sells cars or anything else to anyone. Ford of Kirkland should not be allowed to sell cars if this is standard practice. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the Ford of Kirkland managers should all be fired for being corrupt. If sleaze bag used car salesmen have gotten a bad name, its because of places like FORD OF KIRKLAND! Do not buy from Ford of Kirkland.....

    Hassle free shopping. I was able to find a deal that I wanted and fit into my budget. Nima was the person I worked with. He seems honest in his approach.... I am super happy with my new Ford; I will totally come back.

    Needed a new key cut and programed after my second key was washed and dried! Kevin P. said it might take two hours to cut and program - it took around... one hour and fifteen minutes! I now have two good keys that both work well! The service department has always come in under time for any work I have had done at Ford of Kirkland.

    My fiance and I bought a NEW 2020 Ford Expedition XLT Max from Kirkland Ford recently. After driving it just over 400 miles, we began to get error codes... stating that certain electronic sensors were disabled, that we needed our charging system to be serviced soon, then it went to "Service Now". After returning the truck for service, something that shouldn't have to happen at just over 400 miles, they scoped the truck and found that the battery failed the test, and they had to replace it. The dealer should have done a complete prep of the vehicle PRIOR to delivery, to make sure all of the systems, especially the battery, was in proper working order. Not after delivery. The showroom model of this vehicle, an exact twin, had a dead battery when we purchased. I assume both vehicles were on the lot for some time and their batteries were drained. This is something they should have known, or tested for prior to delivery.
