Great experience buying a car with Nick.

Great experience buying a car with Nick. They were quick to negotiate a fair price, not making us wait necessarily. No high pressure sales tactics. Nick was patient and answered all our questions.

Purchased my new Ford Raptor at Kirkland Ford after trying multiple dealers. They were the only ones that got me exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. No issues, no high pressure sales just a good deal on a great truck.

Great service!

Great service! Worked with Nick, who greeted my son and I quickly. We saw a car on a Craigslist ad, had questions, looked at a couple vehicles, which was our choice. Nick took care to ensure we were heard, listened to, and taken care of. Great experience overall: Car shopping, test driving & purchasing / financing. I'd recommend talking to Nick and Ford of Kirkland, if they take care of you the same way they took care of me, you're in good hands. I bought an extended, 48 months warranty which had some complications due to modifications not covered, and also had a good experience working with Erik Clark, who was determined to make things right.

It has been a painful experience buying my Ford Mustang

It has been a painful experience buying my Ford Mustang at this location. The sale person Tyler did his job, he was helpful, the two stars I am giving here is for Abdullah the Sales manager. The Car was checked at Service before it was delivered, the driver side Pony light wasnt working when i received it, when I reported it to Tyler, he just said take it to Service and I dont work at Service. The Service guys said it will take them 4 days to fix a light. I came back after a couple of weeks to drop my car to get the light fixed, they gave me alternative car. The Ford service promised they can get the car back to me in 4 days, its has been a week, I still havent got the car. I have tried calling their Service engineer, Service Manager, cant get through. I am trying to get through to Abdullah, they cut my call everytime I try to call them. Tyler responds to my messages but thats about it. One of the worst places to buy a car or service a car. I regretting my purchase here. If I had a choice, I will try another location, perhaps another car and not FORD!
