Clean & efficient.

Clean & efficient. Waiting room is well stocked with refreshments . Service Dept.Drive is spotless. The entire Service Staff does a great job of keeping me posted

BUYERS BEWARE OF SCAM ARTIST DEALERSHIP USING BIG

BUYERS BEWARE OF SCAM ARTIST DEALERSHIP USING BIG CHEVROLET NAME TO SELL CRAPPY VEHICLES AND SCAM CONSUMERS OUT OF MONEY!! If I could give them Negative stars I would!! I bought my truck from these guys in April of 2022, they sold me a warranty with it. All good but now that its been almost 3 years and my truck needs a head gasket repair, my warranty does nothing for me since they sold me a vehicle that had emissions equipment deleted and failed to fix it or let it be known, but also sold a warranty to get a kick back incentive from the warranty for selling it. So reach out to General Manager Jeff Larson, he tells me that the techs said the emissions equipment was there when vehicle sold. which is an outright lie. I haven't done anything to my truck besides fluid changes as needed. So how does he help you ask? He tells me that this sounds like you bought it and deleted it yourself, broke your truck, now wanna get a handout from us to fix it. AGAIN I haven't done anything to this truck I have plenty of people to vouch for this. They aren't willing to pay for repairs since they sold it this way and sold me warranty that does nothing for my vehicle. So BUYERS BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTIST SELLING VEHICLES WITH WARRANTYS THAT WONT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU THEN WHEN YOU REACH OUT FOR SOME HELP THEY TELL YOU YOUR ON YOUR OWN AND NOT WILLING TO HELP. ALSO THEY CANT EVEN PROVIDE ME WITH THE VEHICLE INSPECTION REPORT ON MY VEHICLE WHICH WOULD BE A LIE ANYWAYS BECAUSE IT IN FACT DIDNT HAVE EMISSIONS IN PLACE WHEN I LEFT WITH TRUCK. Sales and finance experience was poor. I was working with Steve in sales. He was responsive and answering my questions when the sales manager, Benjamin, jumped in and took over the deal. He was much more aggressive and was really only interested in closing the deal. I did end up buying the truck I was looking for at a fair price, but there were a few questions about the function of the vehicle and a service contract I expected answered the following week. There was no follow-up. No response when I called the dealership. Calls to Finance went direct to voicemail which was full and not excepting messages. This was a really poor experience compared to many other dealerships I have done business with in the Seattle area.

I do not recommend this dealership

I do not recommend Buick GMC of Bellevue, WA. They are the worst at respecting the customer. Their sales, maintenance, and warranty departments are made to steal your money. Do not make the same mistake I made by buying from them. I have names and documentations to support what I've said.

Spot on service

My Denali was broken into Monday afternoon. They damage the door knob and I couldn’t get into out of my truck. I called Tuesday morning they said bring it in. They’ll take a look at it. They not only took a look at it, but they fixed it within an hour. they even washed and vacuumed my truck. I’ll give the service department a 5 star rating. Thank you

I bought a used Chevrolet Traverse form GMC of Bellevue and was very satisfied. Franklin was our sales person and did a great job and his knowledge of the vehicle was amazing. I highly recommend Franklin and the GMC of Bellevue team.

Good and reasonable

I highly recommend this place to get your vehicle repaired. Yes it?s a little pricey, but if they can repair it on the same day it?s worth it. Did found a tool left behind on the windshield on my car, please look before you take your vehicle back just in case they didn?t left tool. Good thing nothing bad happen on the road trip we took.
