Jonny and the crew were so easy to work with. I had my eye on a Lyriq for some time and North Bend Chevrolet always seemed to have the most inventory and best prices. When a car arrived that fit my requirements the dealership went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Jonny and his crew came in on their days off to help deliver and assure the sales transaction was easy. Jonny even cleaned the windows of the car of me!!!!! Would highly recommend NB Chevy to anyone looking for a new or used car!

One of the worst experiences at a dealership I've had to
One of the worst experiences at a dealership I've had to date. Was informed a price for my car and was informed to bring it out to finish the deal. Once i got out to the dealership, the offer was lowered by $3500. They then provided another offer, and another offer in which i decided i was going to stand my ground. Furthermore, my car was electric therefore didn't have enough mileage to get home therefore was told i can charge my car at there charger at the service lot. Left my car, came back the next day to be informed by the Service worker that he unplugged my car cause i didn't have permission to charge it there. I informed him, sales informed me i could park my car and charge it. He told me he didn't give a xxxx what sales told him. Therefore informed the sales team in which one of the ladies walked over to service to inform him that they gave me permission. That led to the Service gentlemen telling her he didn't give a xxxx what she told me in which i stepped in and defended the sales lady telling him he wants to talk to someone like that he can talk to me. Which he then proceeded to threaten me as the situation escalated. Had to go home again, wait for my car to be charged and drive another 45 miles to pick up my vehicle. A total of almost 300 miles i drove in that 2 days for nothing after being told over the phone that we had a deal. I then contacted the sales team at Energy Auto hoping to speak with a GM and was provided the Manager at North Bend. Who in turn failed to complete this deal as well. Again worst sales experience I've ever had.

Great dealership.
Great dealership. Small town, old school. Fair pricing on repairs and maintenance. The waiting room is minimal though but since they are located in the downtown area there are lots of great local shops and restaurants to explore.

I purchased a 2022 GMC Yukon XL from North Bend Chevrolet
I purchased a 2022 GMC Yukon XL from North Bend Chevrolet seven months ago. After transporting the vehicle, I noticed that as soon as it arrived to Minnesota from Washington, there was noticeable slippage when shifting gears and smoke coming from the exhaust. The dealership’s manager advised me to take the vehicle to a GMC dealership, and they assured me they would cover the repair cost. The GMC dealership determined that the issue was only with the cooler control valve, which they replaced. However, despite that repair, the vehicle continued to experience slipping, jerking, and blue smoke from the exhaust. After further inspection by myself for months, I realized that the transmission itself was faulty, which the repair shop did not initially detect. The coolant fluid was leaking through the EGR valve into the engine, causing the smoke. I have since discovered that the transmission is the root cause of these issues. Additionally, the EGR cooler and EGR valve needed replacement, which cost an additional $2,000. These issues have resulted in a total repair cost of approximately $9,000, which I cannot afford. The vehicle is currently stored in my garage, as I cannot financially manage these repairs. It seems clear to me now that North Bend Chevrolet was aware of these problems, especially being a car dealership, and chose to sell the vehicle without disclosing these serious issues. I believe it is only fair that North Bend Chevrolet takes responsibility for the transmission repair, as these issues were likely present at the time of sale.

We purchased a new to us vehicle from North Bend
We purchased a new to us vehicle from North Bend Chevrolet. Sierra did a wonderful job of thoroughly reviewing the car and promptly sending me photos that I requested as we were driving over an hour to come see the car in person. We had a poor experience at a different dealership and it was so refreshing to see the difference here! Sierra was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and great to work with. We appreciated Jeff's straight forward negotiation and truly felt that they cared about us and the vehicle we were leaving with. They sent us home with a full tank of gas. We would absolutely buy from them again! Their small office is refreshing from the big dealerships around. Thank you North Bend Chevrolet!
