Had to make 2 trips-12 hrs of driving time total, to complete transaction. Salesman was great. Auto nations process for Oregon buyers left I and my wife frustrated. Started process at 9 am. Didn’t get home with car until 140 am in the morning. In hindsight, I’d have walked away and found another car in Seattle. Almost did. As a professional sales trainer, I always teach my people that People my forget what you say or did, but they never forget how you made them feel.
