Went for an oil change. I was treated very well. My service representative met me as soon as I drove in for my appointment. The wait was very reasonable. I have been coming to AutoNation of Renton for sometime now. I am very satisfied with there service and accommodation. Keep up the good work.
Don't waste your time. Find another dealer !
Don't waste your time. Find another dealer who doesn't add pre-installed dealer options. I purchased a 2022 Accord Sport 2.0T on December 30, 2022. As Ms. Him explained the dealer-added options, the $1,995 worth of NW appearance package, compared to the other dealer's market markup, I liked the Autonation approach, which tries to bring value to customers instead of straight market markup. I appreciated the transparency, so I didn't try to deal with this NW appearance package even though I didn't see any value in it and didn't need it. However, as soon as I found a 2-inch long bubble in my rear window, I was disappointed with the workmanship. I communicated with Ms. Him and re-work the tint. Daniel in the service department reached out to me to set an appointment. I scheduled a re-install of the rear window tint on January 13, 2023, at 8:00 am. Daniel said it would be a 3-hour work. I dropped my car off on January 13, 2023, at 8:00 am. However, my car sat in front of the service drop-off lot for the next two hours. At 10:00 am, I saw it was moved to the working area. I asked Daniel about the status at noon; he said it needed a couple of hours more to complete. At that moment, I missed my daughter's swim meet and needed to pick her up. I asked Daniel for a service loaner, but he said there was no loaner. However, when I spoke with the service manager, Justin, he gave me a loaner with the promise to complete the work by 3:00 pm. At 3:00 pm, I got a call from Justin about the status. He said that I could either pick up my car and bring it back on Monday or keep the loaner to pick it up on Monday at 11:00 am because the work was not done and required more time to work on. He said he would call me on Monday at 11:00 am. I didn't get a call on Monday, so I had to call Justin back. My car was not ready yet by that time. I got a call at noon that it was ready for pick-up. I picked it up at 1:00 pm and brought it back home. When I checked the rear window, I found small bubbles everywhere. I called Justin and explained the bubbles. He said it requires time for a cure, so wait for seven more days to be gone. However, those bubbles are still there even after a week. My long weekend was terribly ruined because of sub-standard workmanship and unprofessional service; 3-hour work turned into 4-day work. I missed my daughter's swim meet. My daughter waited for me in the rain for more than an hour. I had to cancel all my plans over the long weekend. Now, I don't have any confidence if any re-work would be any better. I even doubt the other options in the NW appearance package, which I cannot verify if anything was really done or added. If it did, I am curious how poorly it might be done. I regret not leaving Autonation to find another Honda dealer with whom I don't have to deal with this kind of unnecessary stress and time waste.

I was extremely dissatisfy with the service we received
I was extremely dissatisfy with the service we received in Honda of Renton. I personally purchased 2 cars before from them first one Honda civic, and then Honda accord. Cars were always serviced at their center in Renton. I would consider my self a regular client of their dealership. Today I came with my dad to help him out with a purchase of the car Honda CR-V. Hisham, was the rep and initially was nice to work with. But after we test drive when we went to discuss number. We also potentially wanted to ask to test drive another car. Hasham became back rude, and unprofessional. He refused to give as a test drive other vehicle we had in mind Honda HRV, due to their ridiculous dealer mark up. All we asked why such a high markup. Like there was no point of test driving. That is definitely not the way to do business at Honda of Renton. From now on I will take my business because this was defiantly not how sales rep should act and talk.

This was a 6 and 1/2 month ordeal getting my 1986 Honda
This was a 6 and 1/2 month ordeal getting my 1986 Honda Civic repaired. Specifically, the engine was overheating and I needed that fixed. I imagine things would have gone much more quickly and smoothly with a newer model. The first set of repairs cost ~$3,100 and involved fixes to the engine taking about four months, most of which was apparently time spent waiting on parts. I picked up the car, used it for a few days, and realized the problem wasn't fixed, even if temporarily improved. I took it back for further repairs as soon as I had a day off. Nate determined that the radiator would need to be repaired or replaced, as he'd previously noticed its neck was warped but hoped this wasn't the problem as replacing a radiator from a car that old was going to be a challenge. After some research, he learned that someone in Tacoma apparently had the ability to take care of it, so they sent the radiator down to Tacoma. Then I didn't hear anything for about two months, in spite of attempts to contact Nate via text and a voice message. Finally, Aaron contacted me letting me know the car was ready and Nate was no longer working there. I picked up the car and Shahdod helped me, which involved addressing a mix-up with the paperwork. The second set of repairs came to around ~1,500. I figure I need to get at least two or three more years out of this vehicle for me to feel the total cost of repairs was worthwhile. The most frustrating aspect of the whole ordeal was not having enough regular communication, and at times wondering if they would be able to complete the repairs at all. Yet once I had invested the 3 grand for the first set of repairs I felt committed. I understand them not knowing how long things might take, when the parts might arrive, etc... I've been driving the car for a couple of weeks now, and it seems the overheating issue was truly fixed this time. The engine temperature has stayed very low. All the repairs that were done appear to involve real work that was needed, so I'm not really upset about the cost. In retrospect, after walking for an hour almost every day for the past several months, I'm healthier now than I've been in a long time, so it kind of worked out for the best. Not having a car is a good way to get exercise if you live within walking distance from work. Perhaps surprisingly, I *would* recommend this service center, which I've been taking my old Civic to for a couple of decades now, including before it became part of AutoNation. Having a really old car, however, means some unpredictability. No complaints regarding Aaron or Shahdod. Nate could have done more as regards to communicating with me and reassuring me, and perhaps communicating with others to get the work done in a timely manner.
