We especially appreciated the large and roomy indoor

Absolutely best experience working with Adi and Srey.

Absolutely best experience working with Adi and Srey. They were straightforward in working the numbers with my - no sales tactic, no time wasting. For an informed buyer like me, i'd rather have straightforward negotiations than try sly tactics (experienced in other dealers). Would strongly recommend !!

I took my car in to have the breaks checked and while I

I took my car in to have the breaks checked and while I was there decided to have much more work done. I initially planned to wait onsite but Luis offered an Uber to take me home and then bring me back when the work was done. This worked out great since the work took ~ 8 hours. I had an oil change but the oil change tracker was not changed to 100% and still shows 40%. I also asked to have a taillight replaced 2 times because it was out and this was not done. I appreciate I was able to have more work done than planned but wish the taillight would have been done.

I've been completely satisfied with the service, and

I've been completely satisfied with the service, and especially with the with the service advisors. During my recent visit, the advisor provided cost saving advice even though I hadn't asked for it. A refreshing change from "up selling" experiences I've had at other dealerships.

I've had my car serviced in here, getting an appointment

I've had my car serviced in here, getting an appointment was so easy, you can call or do it online. Their knowledge of my car is extensive, and they take pictures and video of your car during the actual service so you can still see it even you are away or you are at their relaxing waiting area.the service was fast and professional, and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend

Omar was my Salesman and he was very professional and

Omar was my Salesman and he was very professional and knowledgeable. We worked out a good deal on my new Civic. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 for buying process is because you always have to leave yourself room in your mind for your monthly payment once you sit down with the finance person. But everyone was very pleasant.
