Best car buying experience ever. So easy. Nora took care...

Best car buying experience ever. So easy. Nora took care of us and answered all our questions. We put a deposit on an Odyssey and paid what we agreed to when we showed up to sign for it. No hard-selling, no games. Couldn't be happier. Sold for msrp, which is unheard of in our area right now for Hondas. They also throw in 2 years of oil changes for free.

Service department, two staff, both said my 2015 Honda...

Service department, two staff, both said my 2015 Honda Accord needed to have power steering fluid changed every 3-4 years of 30-60K miles. They insisted this needed to be done and did not know that my car had an electric power steering system that I confirmed through two other Honda dealers. I would give them zero rating if it was available.

Excellent experience, fast and friendly.

We purchased an Accord Hybrid. The entire process was efficient and well organized. Our sales person Nariman was polite and knowledgeable. The indoor showroom was clean and dry on a wet Seattle afternoon.

BEWARE HONDA OF SEATTLE - Takes advantage of the elderly and the vulnerable! Honda of Seattle targets old people to steal their funds - financially and ethically unsound company - BE WARNED! STEALERS OF $1200!!!! Exploitative and ethically unsound! This company convinced my 82 and 63 year old parents they needed servicing, and without warning charged them $1000 FOR A FLUID CHANGE, only acknowledging the cost of service after it was performed. They also replaced the battery without permission. This was not requested by my family, $1000 is a complete scam from a loan shark level of debauchery and it is absolutely shameful that they would target the vulnerable in our community for their own benefit. Stay away at all costs! Exploiting the vulnerable during a pandemic is the next level of absolutely morally and ethically unsound. Over the course of two days their representatives have gone MIA while they have charged our credit card without permission - DESPITE EXPLICITLY AGREEING THAT THEY WOULD NOT DO SO UNTIL THIS WAS RESOLVED - and still interrupted my work day in the middle of my presentations to deliver the car and try to use a messenger to get me to sign off on their buffoonery, AND THEN TAKES THE CAR BACK - USING OUR MILES AND OUR GAS for their attempted push to get us to force us into agreement! Comparative rates for alternative companies: $79 from Les Schwab (Lake City)

I came to Honda of Seattle to purchase a certified pre-owned 2018 Honda Odyssey after having a very negative experience at another Honda dealership in the area. I called and was put in touch with Devin who provided information on the vehicles that I was interested in. I asked about the flexibility on the price, and Devin was very straightforward with me that Honda of Seattle would not negotiate the price. Although that was disappointing to hear, I agreed that their price was competitive. I made an appointment later that day to see one of the Odysseys. Devin told me that he would "reserve" the keys so that I could see the car that evening. I arrived at around 5:30pm, test drove the car, and I loved it. The vehicle was in great condition, very clean, and everything looked perfect. I told Devin that I wanted to purchase the vehicle, and we began to work through the purchase process. The process took another 45 minutes, after which I was able to write a check and walk away with the keys to the van. My wife and I are very happy with our Odyssey, and we are also very happy with our purchase experience. I would strongly recommend Honda of Seattle for anyone looking for a competitive price and a good purchase experience on a new/used Honda.
