Wow.
Wow.....the 2 year old Toyota with 9000 miles I bought in July is at the Toyota dealer getting worked on because it literally quit working "charging system failed." So...the Toyota service people showed me the Car Fax showing this car had been in an accident. Funny, the Car Fax the salesman showed me didn't show that. So did you show me a Car Fax for another car? Would sure appear so! Toyota knows the car was in an accident but Pierre didn't? Hmmmmm Pretty sure the price I paid should have been lower due to accident

The sales manager, I think his name was Danny, was an
The sales manager, I think his name was Danny, was an absolute cheat. This guy fudged the number, I told him, can you give me 8% discount on the lease with 2.4 APR (MF) and this guy said sure after so much negotiation. Then comes up with a sheet with same numbers but the payment was way off. I literally asked him, can you give me a breakdown of this because the numbers don't match. There are literally two formula, and this is not what it should come to. Goes back to his desk, takes another 10 mins, then comes back and says the software does not allow him to give a break down but these are the numbers. When I told him, that I can literally break it down for him because the numbers are way off, he got irritated and said this is the software that we use in ford across all dealerships, so the numbers are correct and then said fine we don't have a deal. Absolute cheater, despicable ethics. I then got the car from another dealership, way up north. they were so nice and all their numbers were absolutely accurate. Please avoid this dealership, especially that cheater of a sales person.

The salesman and the finance manager were professional and helpful, the sales manager, George Mayer, has not been. He doesn't address my questions about the car,and has caused endless delays, which are costing me a great deal of money, because I am having to pay out of pocket for a rental car. He quoted $2,000. to ship the car, which is double and more over other company bids. He says his shippers are better. Then, I wanted the stock rims put on the 2014 Ford Focus ST. He tried to tell me that the ones on it are stock, but they are not. I found MANY autoparts retailers offering the right ones. He said "his people" couldn't find any. Now, after weeks of waiting, he wants me to sign a contract with no total price on it, or items included. He's done NOTHING to facilitate me buying this car, no communication for over a week at a time, and I'm no further ahead than I was over a month ago. This was to be a CASH SALE at asking price! I have bought many vehicles before, but this is one negative experience!

I went to Bill Pierre Ford for some warranty work and a
I went to Bill Pierre Ford for some warranty work and a complimentary inspection. Im mechanically inclined and just wanted the recalls done, this is what they recommended; -Rear brake pads and rotors -Engine air filter -Cabin air filter The problem is that I replaced the engine and cabin air filter not even a month ago. They didn't check either and just decided to recommend them without looking. Another problem is that they told me my rear brake pads were at 2mm and also recommended replacing rotors when In reality I have my own feeler gauge and they measured at 4mm and the rotors weren't pitted scored nor was there any cracks or heat spots and they are well within spec to be resurfaced. To top it all off I popped the hood and found the technician left the coolant tank cap off for the 20 mile drive home. The 2 technician numbers on the repair order are 7069 and 7074, I wasn't given the techs names. Do better.

DO NOT BUY HERE
I honestly don't know HOW these people stay in business. There is NO INTEGRITY in the people I dealt with, and certainly NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. They gave me a faulty key fob...I didn't have the vehicle two days...when, while walking to the vehicle, I attempted to extend the transponder key on the key fob. The key flew off of the key fob, IT TOOK ME HOURS to find that key. I called them about the faulty key fob but instead of making it right with me and simply replace the fob, oh no, that's too much of a gesture of Customer Service. They claimed that they only received one key and refused to replace the fob. Now, they have my license plate and registration. I've called them three times to have them mail them out to me. It is now right at one month since purchase, STILL, cannot get the license and registration. I work very late and cannot pick them up. VERY, VERY, VERY POOR PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE.

Fix your seats!
I'd give zero stars if this would let me. I bought an explorer in 2001 and they swore they did the recall work when I brought it in. Sure enough, I had my seat recline break on me which was one of the recalls. Stop buying Ford products. They had this issue come up again in newer models. I guarantee you they have done little to nothing to solve this potentially deadly problem. Just stop buying. They don't care about you and never will.

If I could give these crooks zero stars I would. We called in and were told by JENELL that we were approved for a decent amount. She said "come in and pick out your car". When we got there it was a total Bait and Switch! They totally changed everything... and Jenell was so unprofessional that she didn't even tell us the changes herself, she had someone else do it and disappeared. We were open about everything and Janell made promises. If you're are thinking about doing business with these people.... RUN THE OTHER WAY... AND RUN FAST! There are other places that will help, and not out in out LIE to you.

I do not recommend giving this dealership any of your
I do not recommend giving this dealership any of your contact information. They have false advertising online. I filled out their Kelley Blue Book Value for my vehicle to understand it's trade-in value. Their website clearly lists instant knowledge of that information. Upon submitting my vehicle information, I was immediately contacted at 7pm at night by phone. I was told I had to bring in my vehicle to know it's value...even though I spent a half hour filling out their form. I went in the following day because I really wanted to know. Nice kid. We drove a vehicle and looked at others. I made it very clear upon meeting that I was not going to purchase a vehicle that day. Finally, I was able to get a price for trade-in. Then I was asked again about what they can do to help make the purchase. I again stated I was not going to make a purchase that day. They brought over the estimate for payments and asked again! And I repeated again. And since that day I have received multiple emails and calls. I responded asking not to be contacted anymore and I was just contacted again! 3 weeks later! Save yourself the headache and don't give them your contact information. They're very pushy. They're overpriced. They seem desperate to make the sale. I hope this helps someone.
