Great service from Greg!
Greg did a great job working me into an already busy schedule and made sure I had a loaner vehicle for my daily use. He called me regularly to update me on the progress with determining the problem with my F-150 and what the cost might be for the repairs. He went the extra distance to show me the damaged parts so that I could better understand what had happened to the parts in causing the leak. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Very Pleased
Very impressed and appreciative. Bill Mitchell scheduled break service for my work vehicle for the next day. I dropped off my van in the morning and the courtesy shuttle provided me a ride home. I was able to pick up the van before closing the same day and ready to get to work in the morning.

A normal lube and oil change
Needed new filters and they were put in. Bill Mitchell is the best! He has been my go to guy through 4 vehicles and I would guess close to 20 years (although he doesn't look that old) Good service and good company

Service Center Excellence!
Once again I needed to call Bill Pierre's Service Center and make an appointment for my car. I drive the car in an unconventional manner to most people's way of thinking. I have a GT350R and it sees a lot of track time. This means it runs max to both our capabilities and uses up a lot of consumables. Oil, Pads, Rotors, Tires, Fuel ( haha ) etc. The reason I mention this - is that Paul S and his team understand how important it is for me to have a second set of eyes on this car to ensure that it is running in top performance condition before I go out and drive it on the track. Each time I have brought the car in, I trust that they completely go through all systems and that any concerns/behaviors will be addressed professionally and with thoughtfulness. I am thrilled that I have Paul and John looking out for me and my safety. Thank you guys! A special shout-out to Sunni who always remembers me and greets me as though I were family! You are a star in my book!

Fast service and kind
Bill in service said on phone to come right in Monday morning and we will check engine out.By 10am call back with problem and cost, and picked up truck next afternoon with bill less than estimate. Was able to add brake job to list as broken part came in less expensive. Huge thanks Bill as my work truck has to stay working.

Great Service
I must admit, I am a regular for servicing of my car at Bill Pierre, however Paul was out the day I called needing help. I was put in touch with a woman named Sunday and got the same personal service. It was first thing on a Monday morning with no appointment but she graciously told me if I brought it in and left it they would do would they could for me even being a few techs short. This is a place where they understand customer service, and taking care of your automobile. I very much appreciate them!

Scam artists
If I can stop one person from getting ripped off by this horrible dealership, then I will be happy. My girlfriend recently purchased a 2009 F150 from Bill Pierre Ford, and less than two months later the motor fails driving down the highway. Truck gets towed to the shop, and there’s a hole in the engine. Shop wants about $14,000 to replace the motor, which is more than what she purchased the truck for. Shop says that there’s a bad transmission leak too. I call the dealership several times to see if they are willing to help her. I get tossed around a bunch between managers with each of them saying, “It’s not my decision.” One evening I call and ask for a manager, get transferred and the manager picks up the phone and hangs up on me. I finally get ahold of the general manager, says he will call me the next day and I never hear from him again. This is a perfect example of why people don’t trust dealerships. Bill Pierre Ford makes the vehicles look good to hide mechanical flaws, then when your vehicle breaks down you’re left with a $12,000 paperweight. Avoid these guys at all costs.
