Efficient 85000 mile service for my 2011 Escape.. Pierre customer since 1992. Shuttle service to and from the agency is available should one need it.

I have received excellent service consistantly for many years. Would not take my care in for service anywhere else, and I have to drive quite a distance.

They are very professional and friendly and do there best to keep you happy . they let You know what service they will perform and how much time involved..

My years of care from Bill Pierre Ford Service Department has been excellent, always. My service rep, Sundie Warner is completely caring and trustworthy. I am confident under watchful administration of my car service. The shuttle ride to my home is such a blessing. Then they come pick me up again to return later in the day to get my car. It is all an elegant experience for which I am very grateful.

I had a pretty good experience here. i managed to get the car i want with a payment i was comfortable at the price that made sense. everyone that i dealt with were pretty friendly. the Finance guy and the lady in the customer care center (for dealing with small blemishes that happen during shipping, etc) were both awesome. very happy. if i need another car in the distant future i will be going back! my car is currently getting a couple scratches repaired and they have me in a rental. cant wait to get it back and drive it some more!

Great service, fast & friendly. Communication from service advisor Paul Salazar was outstanding- he kept me in the loop by texting me cell. The only thing I would suggest is having Saturday service available.
