    If I can stop one person from getting ripped off by this horrible dealership, then I will be happy. My girlfriend recently purchased a 2009 F150 from Bill... Pierre Ford, and less than two months later the motor fails driving down the highway. Truck gets towed to the shop, and there’s a hole in the engine. Shop wants about $14,000 to replace the motor, which is more than what she purchased the truck for. Shop says that there’s a bad transmission leak too. I call the dealership several times to see if they are willing to help her. I get tossed around a bunch between managers with each of them saying, “It’s not my decision.” One evening I call and ask for a manager, get transferred and the manager picks up the phone and hangs up on me. I finally get ahold of the general manager, says he will call me the next day and I never hear from him again. This is a perfect example of why people don’t trust dealerships. Bill Pierre Ford makes the vehicles look good to hide mechanical flaws, then when your vehicle breaks down you’re left with a $12,000 paperweight. Avoid these guys at all costs.

    We bought a (new) car from this dealership, signed the papers and title, wired them the money for it, and 5 days later get a call that the car was sold... to someone else. We were originally promised the car in 3-4 days when we signed the papers. Instead of trying to make it right, this dealership does not call us to follow up when they promise they will, so we had to consistently seek the managers out ourselves. They were not interested in talking with us anymore and we had given them all our money- for a nonexistent car. I understand mistakes happen, but this dealership behaved incompetently and unprofessionally afterwards and have no intention of making it right. They couldn’t even be bothered to call us back. We had to seek them out. Makes me suspicious of what really happened. Untrustworthy.

    We were able to get a good price on the vehicle. Communication with the dealership was poor. I would email with the person i was working with and then... not hear anything from them at all after asking questions about the vehicles i was looking at

    Greg has been my service adviser since I moved to Seattle from the motor city almost 10 years ago. Having lived in Michigan for 20 yrs, owning Ford cars... for the majority of my life, and having worked for Ford through a contracted company, I know what excellent Ford service is and Greg as always provided me with that. He has arranged a rental car when needed or figured out ways to still take care of my car while saving me money. I had someone else take care of me and my car one time when Greg was on vacation and it wasn’t the same. I don’t want another service advisor besides him.

    It was a hassle to get the service appointment; the web form to schedule didn't seem to work. Although I got confirmation, on the day of the appt.... when I called the service center, they had no record. Need to fix the web form for scheduling appts. Once I called and had a person schedule the appt, it was great. Happy with the service and the turn-around time.
