Everybody I dealt with was very pleasant . Salesman, George, Sales manager, and the finance manager were exceptionally nice. Everything was relaxed. No... pressure! Excellent team!

When I needed to bring it... back for a repair, they took care of everything and provided a loaner car for me while it was being fixed. This is the worst dealership experience I have even had by far! Reading other reviews I see it is their business model and typical fleecing of the masses... to get what they can. I had two trucks I was interested in F-250 Lariats with Tuscany packages. I had a recommendation from a guy we know who bought a super snake from Joe Pierre Ford and he told us about the Tuscany trucks. Communication was non- existent and when you do get anyone the price goes up from the advertised leader each time. My suggestion is write and call Ford Motor company and turn these guys in every time. I asked the GM or owner to call me but that hasn't happened. I have no idea how they can have a 4.8 rating especially given they have the same MO I am seeing on reviews as my own experience. I am thinking of buy a GMC now Id think Ford would want to know that. I am sending them (Ford) the detailed play by play and hope nobody buys anything from these guys I wish there was room to put it all down. Bottom line is they think their doing you a favor to talk to you and that they have the market cornered. they told me so saying "I have the best price in the country that's why your calling me for my vehicle. I got him to stop talking over me long enough to tell him he was wrong I was referred and that I had since learned of several other dealerships had Tuscany's I had just never seen one in the mid-west. I never got to tell him I wanted two a white and a gray one as he was busy telling me tanks of giving him the opportunity but it wasn't going to happen as I was unwilling to let him write out his own check. I asked for Jessica but was told she left. I hope it was to work for a much better company! Terrible terrible dealership and sales people STAY AWAY all they care about is taking you to the cleaners!!!
Salesperson was great. I was ready to buy. Sales manager came in with sketchy sales lines and tactics that perpetuates the mistrust and disgust for car... salesperson. Left empty handed.

Prices on internet was lower a lot lower than when we got there pre-approved papper work was xxxxxxxxx and these people want to say family oriented well... to my mom or me they came out to look like the opposite . Thanks for getting a retired widow , disabled woman false hope .I can't believe I spent 100$ of my money just to watch my mom get turned down who going to pay for that ? Nobody thanks for nothing

Pricing is deceptive so that vehicles will be listed first on sites like this first when sorted by price. Make sure you read the vehicle description.... The dealer discount is conditional and not clearly indicated. Please check the actual sale price quoted closely.

I was looking for a used Fushion plug in hybred with low miles. No dealers had one except Pierre Ford in Seattle. That's a 125 mile trip for me. My salesman... was more than helpful. He sent pics and once I decided to buy it we took care of everything except the final signing over the phone. When I arrived the vehicle was ready and detailed. The staff from the salesman up to management were GREAT . I recomend Pierre Ford to anyone seeking one if their dealerships.
Out of state purchaser trying to get information, very simple information price, and availability. It’s three days later and I still have yet to receive... either. Salesman I’ve talked with, point-blank lied. New car manager I was supposed to be talking to, was just a shift supervisor basically, point-blank lied. Neither of them even though they promised to several times, never gave me a price or send pictures to me of the vehicle I was interested in even though they said it was available. Three days later I find the unit is not available, and an actual new car manager calls me and tells me sorry you’re upset, we’ve just been a busy operation. Bottom line they have deceptive online pricing, do use bait and switch techniques, and try to sell you cars that are not even there just to get you to the dealership. This is not a good operation and if you have written good reviews, I would suggest you get your contract out multiply the length of term times the monthly payments, and you will probably be in for a big surprise! Do not buy from this operation unless you thoroughly read every word and understand what is happening; they are very very deceptive. I will be reporting them to state and federal regulators. Look at their reviews outside of this venue and you will see very poor overall ratings.!
It's like a magic trick that you may not catch right away. Their trick is a psychological one that I didn't catch till I got home. The idea is to keep... you in there as long as possible to wear you down so not to catch the trick at the end. They start with a fare price on the vehicle you are interested . The service manager and salesman team up to get your trust by befriending you, They get you talking about yourself ie what you do for a living ,your interests and things. The salesman will keep you talking while the service manager goes off to "work on the numbers". This takes far more time then it should. This is to slowly wear you down. Then they bring out basic paper work just to make it seem like everything is moving ahead. Then more with of becoming your buddy and trust building. Again playing the long con. They explain to you why your trade isn't worth what you think it is and tell you why even though you show them like vehicles on the market. They explain how they are actually losing money on the deal. Again with the back and forth drawing the process out slowly wearing you down. They slip paperwork in inbetween wait time to make it seem like things are moving along. Then after 3-3.5 hours they keep waiting a good 20 minutes plus and by this point you just want the xxxx out of there. Now you perfectly primed in their eyes to go into see the finance guy. They told me he was good going in and they were right. This is where the prestige of the trick plays out. He's a personable guy, your buddy right off the bat, the guy who's doing the best job possible for you. They slipped in an extra$500 on the price of the car. When I asked about it he pointed at another piece of paper in the middle of the stack and said he moved that number from hear to there making it "better for me" then he threw in an extra $3650 on the finance paperwork for a 7-year 70000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I asked if I could cancel that at any time in reply he said yes. Technically he is correct because I haven't signed it and I could cancel it at any time up to that point. Being right where they wanted me worn down ,tired ,and just wanting to get the xxxx out of there after four and a half hours at this point I signed. That $500 and $3650 will be paying interest on that for the next 6 years. Used car guys got their xxxxy reputation for just this reason.
