This dealership did the work I needed but due to schedule constraints it took longer than expected to do the job. Fortunately the vehicle wasn’t needed so we were not inconvenienced by the delay.

I have been coming here for nearly 20 years now. Overall, they do a pretty fair job. I was able to get my car service in a reasonable amount of time and got it repaired same day. Just like most places the service is not as good as it used to be. Used to get a car wash and vacuum with each service, now I don't. Disappointed that the leaks into the interior from the sunroof are not covered under the extended warranty. Took a long time to figure out what was happening then I had to have it fixed twice in eight months and was told that it is normal. Oil leak was misdiagnosed on my last visit. I was told it was from the oil pan gasket and it was actually the oil cooler. Looks like less than half of the staff wear masks, so my health and safety clearly are not a major concern of theirs. One employee walked up to the coffee counter where I was without a mask. Most others I saw were not wearing masks. Some had shields in front of them, but certainly not all of them. Fortunately, the man who gives rides home, Jerry I believe was his name, wears a mask and believes there is a pandemic still happening.

We had a great experience with both Kyle and Luigi. Amazingly We got our jeep in the expected time and was treated very fairly. We definelty will come back for our next vehicle and have recommended them to our friends!

I have had my car (Grand Cherokee diesel) in for service...

I have had my car (Grand Cherokee diesel) in for service 4 times in the past 6 weeks, for the same issue. It is very frustrating! There is the hassle of dropping off the car and then leaving it there was a couple of days without any loaners or pickup service. Was told they don't offer that service and it would be 2.5 weeks to get a loaner?? Service rep, Adam, was nice but overall the customer service was lacking. The first service rep was not good about communicating, said he would call with updates but never did. I had to call them if I wanted to know what was going on. They didn't answer the phone and you leave messages but nobody called back. I guess they did just hire a receptionist so hopefully that will help. It is the closest one to my house, but not sure I will take it there again. Really hoping the issue is fixed this time.

Oily stains were left on windshield and door panels....

Oily stains were left on windshield and door panels. Vehicle smelled like diesel and oil inside for a few days. Steering wheel was greasy. not happy

This is our third vehicle we have purchased from Dwayne...

This is our third vehicle we have purchased from Dwayne Lane in Everett. We love our new/used Jeep Compass! From the start, speaking with Nathan at 5:30pm one evening, taking a test drive, and finally purchasing the Jeep that day. All involved stayed late to complete the transaction. Leslie in Finance was awesome as well.
