First time lease purchase
This is the message I sent to the dealer. So awful! I recently signed a lease purchase on a car, You office had me sign documents three times, claiming "mistakes" were made. The last one I signed significantly changed my payments and was not what we agreed to. When I brought this up to the woman, she threatened me with " Do you want us to come get the car?" That day, working in healthcare, I had just learned we had reduced hours and taking only patients with serious conditions. I tried to call an attorney but was only able to leave a message due to the virus and their decreased hours. Knowing I had to have a car, I work for a surgeon who does emergent surgeries, and not understanding in the moment that she had NO right to take the car, the documents were already signed, I came back out of fear and signed asking for oil changes because I knew something wasnt right about all these " mistakes." I may not be able to do anything legally now, but perhaps after the virus issues. However I am going to make sure people on google and everyone I know how shady your office was and how it took advantage of an extremely stressful situation. This woman knew I had never signed a lease, and to ask me to sign something that we did not agree to and then threaten me with taking the car is just beyond awful, especially in this circumstance. I am sick over feeling forced to sign something out of fear. I have a job to take care of high risk people right now and needed a car. Everyone I have told has said it was terrible and shady, keeping your word and being a person or business of integrity is everything and there is no excuse for what happened here. *Using this time to do something like this when its difficult for everyone, especially healthcare workers, I can only hope they don't do this to anyone else!!

Jordan in your service department is absolutely amazing to work with. Once again, I had to leave out of town and she was able to get my truck in and have it waiting for me when I got back on Monday hassle free. As long as you have Jordan as your service advisor, I will continue to have my truck work completed at your facility! I really hope you look to keep her long-term and give her a raise. Outstanding service writer!!!
