Everything was great until I discovered that the interest

Everything was great until I discovered that the interest rate they were offering was much different then what becu has , when I asked why , there answer was we don’t deal with these other loans because we don’t get a kick back , but icu gives them a kickback, very dishonest way of dealing, they say they shop for best rates turns out it’s a lie , they only deal with places that will give them a kickback , so protect your wallets and look for a more honest dealer

Ended up with a $1000 bill for a software update, a new

Ended up with a $1000 bill for a software update, a new battery, and a diagnosis. They framed it to me as if the software update was needed for my jeep to get on the road. Would not recommend.

I'm not a fan of car dealerships and especially service

I'm not a fan of car dealerships and especially service departments usually, but Gabriel and Ian in Bellingham have secured a lifelong customer. Gabriel was the first and most consistently helpful person I worked with. He worked with me to plan a schedule for repairs and maintenance that I could make work, ensured my safe use of the vehicle between appointments, guaranteed the availability of the parts I needed, and welcomed my questions without condescension. Gabriel explained the services and repairs I needed to my satisfaction without making me feel ignorant for not understanding all the details at first. Ian was very helpful in making me feel like this dealership and these people are who I want to continue to work with moving forward. My husband says this 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk we bought new and loaded is the best car he's ever had and I agree. When it comes time to interact with a dealer, we'll be returning to Bellingham for sure.

Great Experience - Easy and Efficient

Brian and team were great and pulled all the strings to get me the truck I wanted. Working with Brian was easy and efficient. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of.

Won't sell out of WA state

I wanted to buy a truck from them but they will not sell to me as I'm in Idaho and not Washington. They recommended me to find a friend in WA to buy it and register it in WA then have them sell it to me. Thus I'd have to pay taxes and registration TWICE for the privilege of getting it in my name in Idaho, not to mention all the wasted time. Hard PASS. Salesman were pleasant about it though.

Great service

Eliza, Brett, and Andrew were awesome to work with. Fixed my daughter's car ahead of schedule! Totally recommend them. I will be bringing my vehicles back here for my other service needs

BEWARE SHADY SERVICE PRACTICES

I've bought 2 cars here over the years both deals were designed putting me hugely upside down by adding thousands of dollars to the back end. But I agreed with high pressures sales pushing to close. They used to have pretty good service considering being a client who spent nearly $50K there however. . Yesterday I was billed $526 for a labor only oil change, a brake fluid change, and a replacement license plate light.... I asked them to check out my back camera as it is flickering... Guess how much they charged to check that out?? $200!! That's just to tell me the camera is faulty. $200 charge! Shady to say the least BEWARE
