John was extremely helpful and patient when we were looking for a new car. I was impressed with his knowledge of the various models and could easily explain the details of how things worked and what was available on the different cars. Also, it was refreshing to leave the dealership and not feel like I was pressured to make a deal.

Courteous and quick friendly and using sanitizing when needed. Waiting room clean and chairs at least 6 feet apart. like having a charging station for my cell phone.

The sales people at Honda of Bellingham are always friendly and willing to help get you in the car you want. I love upgrading to newer models so this is my third Honda from this dealership. Also, the 6th vehicle in our household from Honda of Bellingham!

Took my 1998 CRV "island car" with 435,000 miles in for...

Took my 1998 CRV "island car" with 435,000 miles in for the airbag recall. Everybody was prompt, attentive and professional, and treated me very well even though this CRV was not purchased from them. Since it was a safety issue they gave me a new Accord service loaner. I assume it was not coincidence that when they brought the loaner around the car was clean, the seat warmer was on and the Sirius was tuned to the 80's on 8, which fits my age demographic. As a customer service professional it takes a lot to impress and with this experience, all I can say is well done!

Friendly, funny, and professional—the three best adjectives I can think of to describe Bellingham Honda’s service personnel. Further, any work I have had done has been done correctly the first time, and the mechanics, in my experience, get the work done with speed and alacrity.

I have driven Honda cars most of my 75 years. They are excellent autos and service by dealers in TN, LA, & now in WA has always been excellent. People I have always dealt with were great. No complaints. Your salesman Matthew Johnson was also excellent. He talked to me politely & courteously asking what I may be interested in. No pressure. I will highly recommend your dealership to any one.
