I had my car towed here and they said they would look at
I had my car towed here and they said they would look at it and give me an estimate. They did, and it was astronomical. I found an auto body shop who quoted half the price. When I told them I was having my car towed elsewhere, they said I had to pay them for looking at the car and would call me back. I didn't hear back for 5 hours, even with calling them during that time. Essentially my car was held hostage and I had to wait until the next day to have it towed. They charged me $250 which they never said up front- that would have been nice to know how much they charged before even looking at it. Very disappointed in this dealership. I bought my car there and felt like they were just trying to rip me off. They were not up front with pricing before looking at my car, and the customer service was awful. Do not bring your car here.

My wife and I just bought a 2024 Mazda CX-5 Turbo at Puyallup Mazda. Our sales rep, James, was absolutely amazing! He was professional, courteous and spoke with us on a personal level. There was never any pressure to select a different model than the one we wanted and he never tried to steer us towards a vehicle with more options than what we wanted. Jimmy also gave us a great vehicle owner's tutorial on the amenities that came with the vehicle and helped us with the Bluetooth setup for both of our cell phones. The time and care he took with us greatly helped this pair of baby boomers. I recommend any baby boomers out there who might be considering a Mazda travel to Puyallup Mazda and seek out James.

We wanted to check out a car and it was near the end of
We wanted to check out a car and it was near the end of the day because we had already been on test drives at other dealerships. We called first to see if we could ask questions about the car, recognizing they they closed in an hour, and they said it was no problem to do a test drive. The salesperson and loan officer gave us friendly service without pressure. I felt bad that we kept them there well past closing because we decided to purchase the car, but they were so kind. Excellent experience!

Buying a used heavy hauler truck is a roll of the dice.
Buying a used heavy hauler truck is a roll of the dice. My purchase experience was facilitated quite well by Jason and everyone else. The terms and conditions were easily agreed on with no pressure. We drove the truck 2.5 hours from Puyallup to our home and we like it a lot so far.

Women beware!
Women beware! I had a horrible experience here. I am 72 years old and just made a 6 hour trip to look at a truck that I discovered had no air conditioning. Prior to leaving, I asked Jason at the truck center if the truck had anything wrong with it so I wouldn't waste my time. He said except for some general wear and tear and needing new front seats for about $600 it was fine. We agreed on a price. Imagine my surprise when I started the truck and had no AC. HIs manager then told me they had intended to fix it but had none of the chemicals. Then he told me if I wanted AC it would be another $1,000. I have had some weird experiences in 50 years of auto purchasing but nothing as egregious as this team's performance.
