Our buying experience was a pleasure.

Our buying experience was a pleasure. We could tell that Jason was new at the game and we were both patient with him as was with us. I would send a future customer to him without hesitation. Thanks again Jason.

I want to say that I had a really great experience at this dealership. Jason and Joe were awesome and did everything they could to make me a great deal without any pressure. I really appreciate that. I ended up buying somewhere else, but only because I wanted more features on the used vehicle that I was looking at. Thanks you guys! I highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased a used car and was told by Chris Wodjenski that it was in great shape. I drove it all the way back to Spokane WA and it is a great car. The following week I had a lift installed and the shop informed me that the upper ball bearings and control arms needed to be replaced on both sides, despite they dealer report saying there were no alignment problems. That cost me a few hundred dollars. Then I discovered the back seat belt was broken (safety issue) and had to fix that. There was a broken tire sensor as well that I need to have replaced. I understand that I bought the car as is, but to pay a bit of a premium at a dealership and then have hundreds of dollars of repairs after purchase is always a punch to the gut. It wouldn't stop me from going here again, but I wouldn't trust the sales people. I would take the car to a third party mechanic for inspection before purchase. Never done that at any other dealership, but be a little careful at this place.

Had a great experience from the first text, got a video

Had a great experience from the first text, got a video of the car immediately from Josh. Never felt push (super important) had a value limit they had the car I was interested in up front ready for me to look at and test ride. Josh followed me to take back my rental and then went over some of the cars tech features, set up my phone set correct time showed me the radio satellite opt. Car was cleaned when I came to pick it up, I am very grateful! I appreciate Josh and how easy my transaction was they worked with me.

Milam Mazda of Puyallup is completely unprofessional and

Milam Mazda of Puyallup is completely unprofessional and only looking out for their interests over the interests of their customers. A few years ago, I purchased a Mazda3 brand new and put $15,000 down on a $22,000-$24,000 vehicle. I went to trade it in for an SUV 9 months later and they offered me $11,500. I, of course, went to another another dealership who offered me $6,000 more (what it should have been valued at). Mazda of Puyallup then backtracked and said they would offer me the $17,000 plus an additional $500. I declined as they should have offered what it was worth initially. Why should I have had to go to another dealership to obtain a fair value. I spoke to several employees in extreme frustration and escalated to the General Manager, Jeremy Balzarini, who was the worst of them all. Incredibly disrespectful and had no managerial skills whatsoever. He even insinuated I didn't disclose an incident that occurred to my vehicle which obviously was not the truth. Walkers Renton Mazda was well aware of it but nevertheless I was called a liar. I am heavily involved in community groups and at Rotary and Chamber events, I never hesitate to share my experience. I have, and continue, to recommend to friends and colleagues to buy outside of Milam. I had no problem with the sales or service employees there but Jeremy Balzarini is the most unprofessional and rudest leader of a company I've ever experienced. If you don't want to be taken advantage of or just looking to be respected, I advise steering clear of Puyallup Mazda

Dealer response

Hi Raechelle, I'm not sure why you decided to leave this review now based on an experience that happened three years ago, however we offered you a fair trade amount at that time based on the vehicle's condition and history of fire damage. The same reason you wanted to trade out of your fire-damaged vehicle is why we weren't able to give as much as a vehicle with no damage is worth. I also find it interesting that such a civic-minded person is bad-mouthing my dealership, along with a great long-time employee, while not disclosing the fact your trade-in had fire damage reported on the vehicle history report. I'm sure that had we sold you a vehicle with a severe accident you would feel differently. In addition, while trying to come to a resolution in order to take care of you as a previous customer, you were extremely rude throughout the entire process not only to Jeremy but also to my salesperson and Finance Manager. I would advise business owners to steer clear of this customer. Ken Dinsmore Owner Puyallup Mazda

I was pleasantly surprised at how informative and easy

I was pleasantly surprised at how informative and easy going the staff was a Puyallup Mazda. Jacob was looking out for my best interest, not just trying to sell a car. And Colemann took his time to explain and make sure I understood what I was getting for my warranty and package deals. I was very lucky to deal with these two gentleman and will definitely be returning for my next car. They made car buying easy, not stressful. Thanks guys!!

Started my car buying journey with them via their online portal and started talking to Sierra and she made me feel comfortable showing up in person. They were open late enough for me to visit them after work which is a huge bonus for me. When I arrived there, Chris gave me the impression of an old friend who was looking forward to seeing me again. The whole experience was friendly and absolutely felt no pressure which was great for me because I was nervous. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go check what they have and if you like what you see go talk to Sierra and Chris about driving away with it. I know when I am looking for my next car I will be looking at their dealership first.

I spotted the car I was searching for online and wrote to ask about availability. Dillon made a video of the car and emailed it to me. We then talked on the phone about that car and my trade in. We agreed on the trade in price range and I made the two hour drive to Puyallup. Everything went as planned and we are very happy with our car. Well done!
