I am extremely disappointed with Puyallup.

I am extremely disappointed with Puyallup. In the last two times in the last six months, it seems like their service department, especially with mechanics are growing downhill.. I took my daughter‘s 2016 Nissan rogue for noise problem I suspected poor attention. The mechanic replace alternator and still had the problem. Then ended up replacing water pump.. I had them replaced the pool tensioner at my cost. Everything else was covered under warranty.. Now it’s two months later. Had changed. Was changing the oil and found the radiator was down at half a gallon of coolant.. and there was no leaks. It looks like the mechanic did not purge the cool system.. It seems like the mechanics are trying to make money on needless repairs based on my last two times there in the past six months. Kyle need to check on this mechanic.

Since 03 Exterra bought new nothing but good things on

Since 03 Exterra bought new nothing but good things on service for all years since. Even with older car problems went way out of the way to find problems, then didn’t charge me for many hours of looking. Can’t say enough good things about BK OF PUYALLUP.

Great dealership, made us a great offer.

Great dealership, made us a great offer. Jesse and Jimmy were wonderful and no high pressure sales at all. Jesse answered all of our questions expertly and let us test drive several cars. Jimmy made us an offer that we couldn't refuse! We are very happy with our new car. Great teamwork and we felt like we were traeted like family! Thanks!

Roque Perez is fantastic.

Roque Perez is fantastic. I specifically went to Korum Nissan to buy my new car because Roque sold my girlfriend her new car 2 years ago & we both liked him so well. I said when I get ready to buy a car I'm going to Roque. He didn't disappoint. He steered (no pun intended)! me to the exact car I wanted & was very patient & very helpful. Ethan did a great job with all my financing. Everyone at Korum Nissan is so helpful & friendly. It feels like family. Thank you for the nice experience.

I have been a long term customer at Korum Nissan and have

I have been a long term customer at Korum Nissan and have always had a great experience. I just purchased my third car here and it was a nightmare. The person handling my finance was Sierra and she is the hardest rudest person I have ever encountered there and I put down 20K for my small loan of 9K I almost paid the car off with my down payment. I waited for two weeks and she still could not get the deal through even though I provided everything that was asked. It was such a horrid mess that Luke Korum had to step in and get it completed. However he is a liar as well. He said that they would take care of me and even make my first payment for me. Instead I received a stupid coffee cup and candy. However you can't expect rich liars to keep their word. Stay as far away from this place as you can.

I dropped in on a Wednesday morning for my first service

I dropped in on a Wednesday morning for my first service on my 2024 Nissan Rogue. This Service Dept. is fast, friendly, and right on time! I was in and out, with a freshly washed vehicle, in exactly the amount of time promised! I couldn’t be more satisfied. BTW, this is our 3rd Nissan purchased from this dealer and the service is always top notch!
