The Service Department is outstanding !

The Service Department is outstanding ! My service advisor, Marius Wilson-Settle is so knowledgeable, helpful and caring. He guides me through every step. Danica checks me in so nicely and, after the servicing, walks me to my car ! Also very nice and helpful are the assistant service manager and the staff at the information desk. Thank you to everyone at Larson Toyota of Tacoma !!

Toyota of Tacoma was great.

Toyota of Tacoma was great. We went in just to look and ask a few questions. Our salesman Tamer Ibrahim was amazing. He actually came to the house and helped my husband clean out his old truck. Not an easy task. His integrity and kindness was unbelievable. I felt like we were old friends when we left. Yes, driving a new truck. Lol I would highly recommend Toyota of Tacoma and our wonderful new friend Tamer.

BAIT and SWITCH **WARNING BAIT and SWITCH **DONT BUY

BAIT and SWITCH **WARNING BAIT and SWITCH **DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER** DUSTAN and ROB and KERRY are all liars and some things they did ate illegal. Reported them to the Attorney's General office for their illegal practices.

**WARNING** BAIT and SWITCH Rob the salesman switched

**WARNING** BAIT and SWITCH Rob the salesman switched the car we were shown on the computer screen to a less expensive car coming in after the 0% financing offer ended. The car we were to purchase was coming in on the 23rd. I noticed that on line the car that was presold was not ours, and ours was still for sale. Rob illegally had my son sign saying that r there were no defects, when he was helping him hook up his phone to the car. That was illegal and I did not know until the next day They were 2 paint chips in the right side rear door. This was a 48000 sale. I called and talked with DusTAN and he said bring it back in and they will fix it. They tried but you can still see the chips. The tall autobody salesman said that he would have to paint the whole door to properly fix it. It was a 48000 car. I won't let them touch it. The estimate to fix it was 1800. This dealership employees, liars and scammers, please do not buy a car from them. Management Paul eom and Daryl e should be fired for ignoring me and their lack of management skills and for complying with ROb, DusTAN, and KERRYS ILLEGAL SALES TACTICS. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY'S GENERALS OFFICE FOR THE BAIT AND SWITCH. FOR ILLEGALLY HAVING MY SON SIGN FOR NO DEFECTS AND FOR KERRY SELLING ME ADDITIONS WITHOUT MY APPROVAL OR KNOWLEDGE AND OVER CHARGING SALES TAX. You have been warned...

I do not recommend contacting this dealer because the employees are not competent, they order the wrong products, they do not want to explain what can be returned and what is not, and then they say that you cannot return it, and the fact that I ordered one part and they sent me another, on they don't care. Very bad team.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Toyota of

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Toyota of Tacoma. I purchased a service plan they promised would work at any Toyota dealership, but when I went to a different dealership, I was told the plan wasn’t valid. This left me paying out of pocket for services I was told would be covered. Additionally, the staff was consistently rude and condescending. Despite being the owner of the vehicle, they would speak to my male friends first, asking them for permission before addressing me. I also experienced poor communication—waiting over two hours for a promised callback, waiting for multiple days to be able to get on the phone to get appointments during business hours, having no vehicle because of missing parts and many others… I don’t want other consumers to fall into the trap of buying something they can’t use. The deceptive sales tactics and poor service here have caused me significant frustration, and I cannot recommend this dealership.

Rob Miller was out of this world amazing to us!

Rob Miller was out of this world amazing to us!! He is very kind, patient, and quite knowledgeable I'm car sales! I love this guy! I was able to lease my very first brand-new car!! Im very impressed and my heart is full!! Thank you Rob!!

On 11 April 2024 I inquired about a 2018 Tacoma stock #

On 11 April 2024 I inquired about a 2018 Tacoma stock # TP7411. After a few email messages between myself and the salesman we scheduled an appointment for Saturday, 13 April 2024. As I was pulling into the dealership I received a text message informing me the vehicle sold. The salesman apologized for the inconvenience and asked if I wanted to look at other vehicles. Not to waste a trip I decided to do so. I ended up purchasing a 2022 Tacoma. Now here comes the reason for the low rating and the reason behind the email. It seems the truck I originally wanted had not been sold and is available as of 18 April 2024. In fact its being driven around by the service manager. Now if I had been told this I may not be as angry. However to be blatantly lied too is unforgiveable. The lack of integrity and the "bait and switch" tactics is why dealerships get a bad wrap to begin with. I will never recommend your dealership to anyone. When asked about Toyota of Tacoma I will not challenge my integrity and will tell it like it is. Your dealership employs LIARS!

Bought a truck with a cracked windshield and had it in

Bought a truck with a cracked windshield and had it in the paperwork that they would replace it. They didn't. We called and got nothing but excuses to start with. Then they would transfer us to someone else. Then they wouldn't take our calls. They wait you out until you finally give up. Windshields aren't cheap. Liars and cheaters if you ask me.
