Unprofessional Sales Manager
Brian Berrier refused to honor the following discount: "The Honda Military Appreciation Offer salutes your military service to our country by offering you a savings of $500 towards any 2018 or newer Honda vehicle when you finance or lease with Honda Financial Services." for a 2018 Honda Accord. All ready to buy the car sitting on their lot for a while and approved for financing but Mr. Berrier decides to be unprofessional and blow a sale over $500. VIN: 1HGC1F18JA166736. Mr. Berrier could have explained his perspective professionally but instead chose to be disrespectful despite a clear error on Honda of Fife's part.
Sales was great, beware of finance manager
My experience with Raj, the salesman, was impeccable. He did everything he could to make me happy with this purchase. But then the finance manager, Randy, allowed me to purchase a maintenance package when Honda gives you the first year of maintenance for free. Because of this, I’m paying for a year of maintenance when it should be free. I called him the day after the purchase to complain and he refused to honor the one free year of maintenance. I had purchased a new car from this dealership 2 years ago and the finance guy for that purchase advised me to not purchase a maintenance plan because of the free year. My fault for not remembering and buying the plan this time, but Randy’s fault for not looking out for me and for refusing to help me out the next day. All positive pieces of this review are a product of my experience with Raj. I should also say that my experience with their maintenance shop has been exemplary. My experience with Randy caused me to give low ratings.
I have purchased 3 new cars in my lifetime and never really understood what I was buying and in the end felt trapped after the buying process was over. Today was a completely different experience for me. I recieved ,from Salesmen Rja, respect and professionalism that all consumers should receive when making such a large purchase but rarely get. Raj was exceptional in several ways. Raj not only sold me a SUV but chose to take the time to educate me on what I was buying. Rja spent time teaching me all of the amazing things my new SUV could do and made sure I understood his education by having me demonstrate my understanding of what he tought me. I felt completely comfortable, I felt like I was talking with an old friend, I never felt pressured or pushed. I never felt overwhelmed or confused. This is truly the first time that I ever bought a vehicle and drove way completely happy with my major purchase. When I went to go outside to get my new SUV , to my surprise, Rja had placed balloons and a congratulations note on my new SUV. It felt like I just had my first surprise party. Rja , you are Awesome !!! I fully plan on sharing my exceptional experience with Rja to everyone that I can. Also, Rja gave me a tour of the car dealership making sure I was familiar with my surroundings !!! Thank You Rja !!!
SOLD MY CAR, LED ME ON, AWFUL DEALER
These people are THE WORST EVER! They sold my car the day before I was flying out which is a 9 hour drive to go see and purchase the car in person I had my flight ready money ready and they SOLD IT mikes all like hey sorry want a Honda? NO I DONT dammit I spent money for no reason and they said they couldn't save it because first come first served well you guys just SUCK on so many levels I hope you guys get fired and new people with actually good sale men ship take over!!!!!!

Great and friendly service
Had a great experience a few days ago purchasing a new Honda Pilot. We had gone to several dealerships but after sitting down with Derek, we knew we wanted to buy from them. We had a hard time coming to agreement on the price, but they were patient and informative with us on the reasons why they couldn't meet our desired price. We came back a few days later and Derek was not there so we worked with Raj, who was also very helpful and friendly. We came to an agreement and bought the car. Raj blew up some balloons in the color of the country we immigrated from and wrote a special note to me and my family congratulating us. Jason in financing was also very good to work with and helped us understand all the paperwork, and was patient with me when I came in the next day to make a change to the service agreement. Overall great service. Compared to other places, these guys actually care about you and not just getting your business. Thanks Honda of Fife!
Sales rep was Rude and Arrogant
Rude and arrogant. I had couple of discussions over the phone regarding price and could not agree on a deal initially. Two weeks later they called me and asked me to come over because the difference in the price was very less. I had to drive 45 mins to reach them. They gave me completely different number saying it is the costco price. Since, i was not happen, i was ready to leave but went back asked for the costco price on a lower trim. Some other person came and was not talking nicely. When i mentioned that i had to drive
Bought a nice Odyssey, but got taken financially
The process made me want to leave but the Odyssey was so easy for my handicap wife to enter and exit. They took extreme advantage of the situation and soaked us for an extra $5,000 grand. Then this certified vehicle had a minor problem, been three years still not fixed. Service department has been great but also something will need to be replaced next visit...worry's me!
As a company we have many processes in place to make sure our customers are protected and happy. Buying a car is a big purchase and our customers should feel that they were treated fairly. Outstanding customer service
I went to Honda of Fife to buy a new CRV yesterday. Mike Moore was the sales representative who assisted me. The color I wanted was not on the lot, so Mike did all he could to locate a CRV in the Seattle region that was the correct color. He made numerous phone calls and inquiries on my behalf in an attempt to locate that color, all the while checking on my status and keeping me up to date. His determined effort was greatly appreciated. To those considering buying a Honda, I strongly recommend asking for Mike Moore's assistance. He will do all he can to find the exact car that you are searching for. Thank you Mike for your assistance yesterday.

Do not trust their service dept. We took our Element in for a re-call repair. Then they told me my brakes were worn down to 2mm and should be replaced. they gave me a quote and would even give me a loaner car. They would have been more than happy to do it that day and take my money! My car had just over 28000 miles on it and most of it hwy miles. Took it to my mechanic and he said the brakes were at just over 6mm and lots of miles left. BIG difference. I'll never go there again!! what a scam they have going.
