I drove out of my city to Honda of Fife. Why? They were honest, wise, listeners, understanding and compassionate. They are serious about customer satisfaction and not about making a dollar. When another honda dealership made 2 errors on my vehicle that would have cost me my engine. This dealership immediately found the simple mistake and saved me thousands. I then needed a new remote. The other Honda told me it would be $900 plus for labor. I refused. I went back to Honda of Fife. Immediately the service man said maybe you need a new battery. As I was about to pay $153 plus $72 for labor. He stopped this and said let's try a battery first and we did. I paid $6 and some change. If you want a dealership who is not about the bottom line. They are about you. Go to Honda of Fife.

Efficient Service Department
Honda Fife has a slick system going on in their service department. They are friendly, efficient and have a comfortable waiting room. Ryan Clearman in Service is especially nice.

Very bad experience here, not honest about the cars that...
Very bad experience here, not honest about the cars that they sell sadly. Went to the dealer to buy a good safe family car only to find out a year later that the carfax is NOT clean. That’s right, the vehicle had been in an accident and “fixed” .. was trying to trade my car in and couldn’t get what the car was actually worth because of the dirty carfax not even a year later. Ended up going back and almost forcing them into buying the car back. Lost some money but at least not too much as I would be being stuck with a car that people will be scared to buy from me in the future. If I wanted a branded car, I would buy at the auction, not the dealer!! My car only had 10k miles when I bout it and was barely a year old..

What a joke. Schedule and appointment to look at a...
What a joke. Schedule and appointment to look at a vehicle... make me go through all this nonsense just to look at the car and take a test drive. Then I was told the car wasn’t even there but would be there in 15 minutes. Wait around some more and I’m told on it’s way there that it smelled like burning oil.
