I have purchased 3 new cars in my lifetime and never really understood what I was buying and in the end felt trapped after the buying process was over.... Today was a completely different experience for me. I recieved ,from Salesmen Rja, respect and professionalism that all consumers should receive when making such a large purchase but rarely get. Raj was exceptional in several ways. Raj not only sold me a SUV but chose to take the time to educate me on what I was buying. Rja spent time teaching me all of the amazing things my new SUV could do and made sure I understood his education by having me demonstrate my understanding of what he tought me. I felt completely comfortable, I felt like I was talking with an old friend, I never felt pressured or pushed. I never felt overwhelmed or confused. This is truly the first time that I ever bought a vehicle and drove way completely happy with my major purchase. When I went to go outside to get my new SUV , to my surprise, Rja had placed balloons and a congratulations note on my new SUV. It felt like I just had my first surprise party. Rja , you are Awesome !!! I fully plan on sharing my exceptional experience with Rja to everyone that I can. Also, Rja gave me a tour of the car dealership making sure I was familiar with my surroundings !!! Thank You Rja !!!
This is the first maintenance of my car. Since I was making an appointment, the waiting time was not too long. Finally, they also clean the car. Everything... is ok.
Dani was kindly and friendly attitude. She provided her excellent services to us. Michelin worked hard on our car and gave us a good detail report about... our car probems.
I was a walk-in customer with battery trouble and they checked everything, installed a new battery and even gave me a discount, and got me in and out within... the hour. Thank you.
great service--but price of one 2004 Odyssey ignition coil was over the top. On line part is under $30, your charge for the part was $249.95; that is... an 900% markup. I know the on-line part is not a Honda part;but 9 times the on-line price --what am I missing? Jeff Parks was a big help to try and explain my issue; but he did not convince me that Honda parts 9 times are better than generic. I certainly give him kudos for his efforts; but I think Honda Corporation needs to do so part price adjusting to keep the customer happy and wanting to return. I would of hated to have to buy 6 of them=$499 just for parts. A second part cost issue is with spark plugs. Nkg platinum plugs on-line cost about $9. Honda cost is just under $70. Here again how can a 777% mark-up charge from generic plugs be acceptable to the consumer? How can you justify such a difference in prices. I would hope Honda Corporation would make a price adjustment to benefit the customers pocket- book and keep them coming back again, and again. I am well aware of The often used phrase; "You get what you pay for"; however, that is not always true. I smell a rip off by Honda Corporation thinking that their Honda parts are that much better than other parts made in America. C Ogden
They did a very good job at checking my battery and replacing it with a new one. Also not charging for the disposal of the battery as well.
After a very disappointing experience at another area Honda service department in 2015 we ventured to Honda of Fife service department. Jeff was our advisor... at that initial visit and was great, we knew our 2002 Odyssey would be taken care of with honesty and integrity until it was replaced. This most recent visit was to service all three of our Honda vehicles ('15 CRV, '18 CRV, '18 Civic) for routine maintenance and oil changes, and this time Dani and Kamryn were our advisors. ALL of these advisors go out of their way to work as a team putting the customer first, and keep us informed on when our vehicles will be ready. Dani was able to arrange a loaner that morning as our '15 was due for a maintenance we weren't planning on. Honda of Fife's service center is outstanding and I am thankful a horrible experience elsewhere moved us here. Not only did we find a competent, friendly and honest service department (that is open 7 days a week!) but the decision to purchase our current vehicles from Honda of Fife knowing our "kids" would have the same excellent service for their vehicles.
There service is good and professional. They dont try to sell or charge you for unnecessary service and items. Over all I recommend them. All they can... improve, is thier car wash system. However this is an optional choice for the customer still it needs to be improved.
