This dealership advertises car rentals through Hertz
This dealership advertises car rentals through Hertz located with them but it’s BIGUS!! Their website will reserve a vehicle AND take your credit card but when u arrive to pick up the vehicle they’ll tell u they don’t have any rentals available so u get to reschedule all your appointments, pay for another cab to take u back home, and then hassle with the credit card company to get your money back!!! This has happened to me twice now. I thought I’d give them another try since I was desperate and it has been a couple years since my last nightmare with them but nothing has changed. I’m not sure why they continue to advertise car rentals when clearly they do not have any vehicles but BE WARNED-they’re NOT legitimate and SHAME on them for FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

I had really awesome service on my car this ast sat.
I had really awesome service on my car this ast sat. It needed a tune up. The work was to cost $675.00 the service manager found I had some warranty. So he saved me $220.00. That was a nice needed cost. So thank you for that. And the service was fast. So happy holidays

No stress Car shopping
Staff are helpful and honest. I felt that they are very knowledgable and friendly. They are also not pushy at all. Ask for Patrick Noll he'll hook you up.

I absolutely love the toyota I purchased and the sale
I absolutely love the toyota I purchased and the sale went very well. My problem occurred while taking my car in for a DETAIL ( the word the salesman used) two days later. I had to leave my car and take their shuttle to work. I was told they would DETAIL and install the hitch from my old car.... End of the day came, I took the shuttle back to pick up my finished car...... No, that did not happen. First the technician, looked sheepish and proceeded to take me to find my salesman. They did not put on the hitch. Of course not, it would not fit. No call, no nothing. That was the start. Found salesman and he knew I was upset and avoided eye contact, rushing to "find where they parked my car". We found my car and he opened my trunk, showing me the old, dirty hitch that had been thrown in the back of my beautiful car with no paper or mat down under it. I was speechless at this point. He says yea it rained this morning thats what the spots are on the outside too. I really could not believe what I was seeing. The salesman could not get away from me fast enough. I asked him as he was walking away, if I would be refunded for the install that did not happen? He said oh yea that would come in the form of a check, and then walked away...... When I got home, I opened the trunk and preceded to see the scratches and scuffs left by the hitch being thrown in the back. I had also noticed a small paint chip on the drivers side door which was Not there when I purchased it or took it in that morning. I was the most upset I have ever been. This was just all together a shotty job from start to finish. The salesman should never have said the hitch could be installed without actually checking first. The salesman should never have said the car would be DETAILED, unless they were going to actually do that.... My husband has taking care of talking to the salesman from here on out. It is not our first or even second purchase through 5 star, but I would have to say from this experience it will be our last. So disappointed with the service all around. One good comment would be for the shuttle driver, he was a delight.

Outstanding Dealership
We just purchased our 5th vehicle from Five Star..this was from the Toyota dealership. Matt was great as our salesman. No pressure, kept the car overnight, gave us a "out the door" quote for us to consider and worked with us to make the transaction simple. Told Matt that we would like a new set of tires before we make the transaction and without hesitation he made that happen. Our "Thanks" also to Steve and Allen for coming over to chat and to see how we were doing. Our purchase was quick and professional in all aspects. Great place with 5 STAR customer service. Thank You!

Caring, exceptional service and sales.
My experience with 5-Star Service is always consistent. I have been a customer for about 7 years. They have serviced my 2010 Cadillac SRX and kept her running like new, 163,900 miles so far. Purchased tires and accessory parts for my vehicle, always received quality “5-Star” service. The Service Department manager and staff are true professionals, thanks Victor, Steve, Jay and Brad, I can always count on your expertise in servicing my vehicle. The sales staff is also very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend this dealership whether you require service or are purchasing a new or used vehicle.

More like One Star...
The short story: terrible customer service and questionable competence. Should rename themselves to "One Star Motors". Had a problem with our vehicle and was advised that the steering gear assembly needed to be replaced. The service department was unable to obtain the part, so they gave me the part number so I could search for it myself. In my search I found the part in less than 15 minutes, but noticed there was also a "power steering assist motor" listed so I contacted the service department to ask if I needed that part as well. The service manager, Victor, told me yes, I should go ahead and buy it. So we take our vehicle in for service and give them both the parts, but the motor doesn't get used because there was ALREADY a motor included as part of the steering gear assembly. I'm not a mechanic. There's no reason I should have known that. But that's something the service manager should have known before recommending I buy the part. Now I have a $500 part I can't return because that retailer won't allow returns of electronic components, even unused. Given that I was told YES, buy this part, and then it was not needed, the right thing to do would be for the service manager to take responsibility for erroneously making that recommendation and buy the part from me. Instead, he blame shifts and tells me I should have known the steering gear assembly already had the motor on it, and refuses any sort of accountability. Additionally, every time we have work done there, there's something new wrong with the vehicle when we get it back. This time, there's a "power assist reduced drive with care" message that comes up every time the vehicle is started, as well as some electrical malfunctions that were not occurring prior to the repair of the steering assembly. Last time, they messed up the TPMS system, which luckily discount tire was able to fix without issue. And good luck getting them to fix anything they messed up, because they won't take accountability for that either, it's always just a coincidence. Take your money literally anywhere else, this place is awful.

Never Fixed the Problem........Easier to Just Lie
2018 Buick Encore became difficult to start (in 2020) Check Engine Light came on. Took in ASAP for Service at Five Star Auto in Aberdeen, Washington. Told a new Battery was installed. Same problem persisted. Check Engine Light on again. Took in ASAP for Service. Was told the Check Engine Light CODE stated "Car needs to be Driven More". Increased the number of miles/days driven Problem persisted. Check Engine Light on again. Took in ASAP for Service. Same response. This scenario went on for almost a YEAR. As I substantially increased the number of miles/days driven (18 to 20 miles every other day) the Service Rep then told me that if I did not feel like driving to let my car run in the driveway for at least an hour daily or every other day because the battery had a lot of electronics it was responsible for and my car was getting old. Sorry but I am not that STUPID and did not follow that really bad advice. Within 5 days, of my last visit, the problem returned and Check Engine Light back on. Took my Car ASAP to Titus in Olympia, Washington (Apr 2021). PROBLEM FOUND. BAD BATTERY CABLE. This problem should have been found the 1st time or at a bare minimum the 2nd time. I was repeatedly lied to and was made to feel the problem was my fault. Oh and there is no Check Engine Light Code that states "Car Needs to be Driven More" .
